JEE Main Important Topics for Mathematics

1. To find out most scoring topics in Mathematics, one may refer to the Weightage Quadrant drawn below.

2. Weightage Quadrant distinguishes the high weightage topics with low weightage topics and also suggest whether the topic needs nominal efforts or additional efforts on the part of aspirant before attaining a functional mastery over the topic.

For example: Fourth quadrant (high weightage & low effort) exemplifies the topics of great importance which can be learnt with relatively less efforts. Although this quadrant theory may vary from one aspirant to another, it gives a general idea about the order of priority in which the topics should be placed at.

Topics in the fourth quadrant should be learnt compulsorily. Then, topics in first & third quadrant and at last the topics in the second quadrant.

According to the previous data, you have more changes of getting best college in NITs,If you got 99.51 percentile in JEE mains 2020,then you rank can be calculated by using the formula given below.,

100 - your total percentile score is the percentage  of people ahead of you. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.

So your expected rank would be nearly 4258.

And also rank will be changed after the April exam due to number of students who attempt the April exam will be changed. The final rank will be given after the April exam.

Subhodeep Biswas 25th Jan, 2020
Hey there hope you're doing well.
First of all congratulation on scoring a good marks in the JEE MAIN examination. But after all it's your percentile which would decide your AIR to get admitted into a college. Talking about NIT KURUKSHETRA as in open category seats for various courses closes within rank of 20k to 25 k. So you need to be in the top 2 or 3 percentile to get the dream college. Scoring 97/ 98 percentile or above can increase your probabilities of getting NIT KRKS
Thank you hope this helps you!

Shubham Dhane 25th Jan, 2020
JEE advanced will be conducted on 17th May, 2020.You must have completed 10+2 at the time of counselling which means that you must obtain your 12th certificate by 3rd week of June, 2020 as the counseling will start from 3rd week of June,2020.
Candidates who are appearing in 10+2 in the year 2020 are eligible and a candidate must have passed 10+2 with atleast 75% aggregate and for SC/ST/PWD it's 65% aggregate from a recognised board or university.
And a candidate must have qualify JEE main
So check the above eligibility criteria whether you are fulfilling it or not.

I scored 98.15 percentile in jeemains paper 2 January 2020.which colleges can I get for architecture?

Shubham Dhane 25th Jan, 2020
Your expected rank will be around 2084.The formula to calculate your expected rank is (100-total percentile)*112679/100
Where 112679 is the total number of candidates appeared for JEE main January session paper 2.
So it is given as (100-98.15)*112679/100=2084.
So this will be your overall rank. You haven't mentioned your category but still you have good chances of getting a college through open category.
