MHT CET 2019 result was declared on June 4. Authorities announced the result of MHT CET 2019 in online mode only and the result was not sent separately to any candidate through post or any other medium. Highlights of MHT CET 2019 Exam Pattern

  • MHT CET 2019 exam was conducted as a Computer Based Test (Online)

  • The exam comprises of 2 papers – Paper I (Mathematics) and Paper II (Physics and Chemistry)

  • Each paper would be of 1 hour and 30 minutes duration. And, carry 100 marks each i.e., 2 marks will be awarded for each correct answer in Paper I while 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer in Paper II. There is no negative marking.

  • Paper I was conducted in an English language mode only. Paper II will be conducted in English or Hindi or Marathi language.

  • Approximately, 20% weightage will be given to 11th standard syllabus and 80% to 12th standard syllabus while setting the question paper.

Important points about 15% All India Quota

85% of the total seats in private unaided engineering colleges in Maharashtra will be reserved for the candidates taking admissions through MHT CET 2019. The rest 15% will be based on the All India Quota based on MHT CET.

Hello Sujal,  Nagpur Veterinary college is accepting NEET score for admission process. So in order to take admission in this college you have to clear NEET.  This college is not accepting MHT CET score.

Yes, you can choose at appear in mah cet from west bengal. Kolkata is the list of MAH CET Test Centers (outside Maharashtra) so you can choose to appear in kolkata centre.

Greetings!

MAH CET 2020 Online Application form will be released in the third week of January 2020 . You can register and follow the application process through online mode. The last date for filling application form is 3rd week of February 2020 while the exam will be conducted in 2nd week of March 2020.
Syllabus is provided below :-

  • Logical and Abstract Reasoning : This portion will include Relationship, Puzzles. It is for checking the candidates decision-making power.
  • Verbal Ability/ Reading Comprehension: This portion is used to check the reading ability of the candidates and it includes Comprehension, Verb, Adjective, Antonym, Synonym, One Words, Errors, etc.
  • Quantitative Aptitude : It includes the question about the Accuracy, Number System, Ratio and Proportion, Time and Work, Speed and Distance, Average, Profit and Loss, Simple and Compound Interest etc.

Hello Pushkar,

The first step towards MHT CET Preparation is to understand the MHT CET Syllabus completely. As per the latest MHT CET Syllabus mentions that the questions will be application base. The MHT CET exam questions will be based on State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary education. 20% weightage will be given to standard XI curriculum and 80% weightage will be given to standard XII curriculum in the question paper of MH CET Exam. Candidates will have to answer questions from Physics, Maths, and Chemistry from the class XII syllabus.

Latest MHT CET paper pattern:

Paper 1:- Physics and Chemistry = 50 marks each.
(One and a half hour)

Paper 2:- Mathematics = 100
(One and a half hour)

Total Duration: 3 Hours
There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
