Bihar UGEAC 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The authority has uploaded the Bihar UGEAC eligibility criteria 2026 on the official website. Candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria of Bihar UGEAC 2026 before filling up the registration form. The Bihar UGEAC eligibility criteria includes the conditions of age, educational qualification, nativity, domicile etc. Every applicant must ensure they fulfil the eligibility conditions, failing which their candidature will be cancelled.

• Candidate must be an Indian national

• Candidates must be bona fide residents of Bihar

• No restrictions on age for applying to Bihar UGEAC 2026

• Students must obtain a minimum of 50% marks in their class 12 exam (45% for candidates of the reserved category

• Candidates must have passed or appeared in the final year of their 10+2 (class 12) exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one among Chemistry/Biotechnology/Computers.

Bihar UGEAC Registration 2026

BCECE Board concluded the Bihar UGEAC 2026 registration. Interested candidates have to register online within the specified duration to be considered for admission. A complete step-by-step guide for registration for Bihar UGEAC 2026 is provided here.

Step 1- Registration: Candidates have to register for the UGEAC by providing basic details like name, mobile number and email address. Candidates will receive messages on their email ID and mobile number containing details of registration and login credentials.

Step 2- Filling Details: Candidates have to log in using their credentials to fill out the detailed application form. In the application form, candidates have to provide details of their educational, family, and address details. All details have to be from the official documents only.

Step 3- Uploading Documents: Candidates will need to upload scanned images of their passport-size coloured photograph and signature in the online application form. The scanned images must be according to the specifications prescribed by the BCECEB.

Step 4- Payment of Application Fee: Candidates will also be required to make an application fee payment for the submission of the application form. Application fees can be paid online using credit/debit card or internet banking.

Step 5- Submission of Form: The application form will be submitted automatically after the payment of the application fee. Candidates need to download and take a printout of the application form and keep it safe till the completion of the admission process.

Bihar UGEAC 2026 Merit List

The BCECE board has relased the rank card for UGEAC online. The rank card is based on the Bihar UGEAC merit list 2026 that corresponds to the JEE Main rank. Candidates having their name on the Bihar UGEAC 2026 merit list are eligible to participate in the counselling and admission process. The authority will release the merit list online in the form of a rank card. Candidates can check their merit position from the rank card to participate in the UGEAC 2026 counselling.

Bihar UGEAC Choice Filling and Locking 2026

Candidates will be required to register for the UGEAC counselling process and do the choice filling. They can enter fresh choices of institutes and specialisations. The choices have to be in order of preference. Candidates can enter as many choices as they want.

Bihar UGEAC Counselling and Seat Allotment 2026

BCECE Board has announced the Bihar UGEAC 2026 counselling dates online. The authority will commence the Bihar UGEAC 2026 counselling on June 23, 2026. Eligible candidates have to register for the counselling and submit all the important documents before the BCECE counselling 2026 last date. The authority will conduct two rounds of the Bihar Engineering Counselling 2026 for seat allotment. All candidates having their names on the merit list and who fill the choices will be considered for UGEAC seat allotment 2026. Seats will be allotted based on UGEAC merit 2026. Candidates will be able to check the seat allotment result on the official website.

Bihar UGEAC Reporting Centres 2026

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will conduct the Bihar UGEAC 2026 document verification in offline mode. The authority will set up various reporting centres for document verification across various districts of the state. Candidates have to take all the educational and related documents along with them to the reporting centre for verification. It is compulsory for all candidates, after seat allotment, to report to the verification centre for document verification.

Candidates allotted a seat through UGEAC 2026 will be required to report to the verification centres set up by the board for document verification. Below is the list of documents required for UGEAC counselling that all need to carry with them while reporting to the verification centres.

• Original copy of JEE Main admit card 2026

• Original copy of JEE Main scorecard 2026

• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of class 10

• Passing Certificate / Mark sheet / Admit Card of class 12/ equivalent exam.

• Residential Certificate (Domicile)

• Caste Certificate (If applicable)

• All the Certificate/documents in original as per the requirements of admissions in Private Engineering Colleges

• Six copies of the passport-size photographs, the same as pasted on the Admit Card of JEE Main 2026.

• Downloaded print of online filled application form (Part A & Part B) of UGEAC 2026

• Aadhar Card.

• Any other documents required (if any) such as DQ (PH) certificate

• Print copy of slip of filled choices

• Three copies of the Provisional seat allotment letter
