VITEEE Application Form 2019 - Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) has commenced VITEEE 2019 application form in both online and offline mode from October 28, 2018. Along with filling VITEEE application form 2019, candidates need to pay the application fees. Candidates who will be filling online application form of VITEEE 2019 will have to pay Rs 1150, whereas Rs 1200 has to be paid for offline one. How to Fill VITEEE 2019 Application Form?

The application form of VITEEE 2019 will be available both in online and offline mode. Candidates who are willing to appear for VITEEE 2019 can read mentioned below steps to fill both online and offline application form for the entrance exam.

Steps to Fill Online VITEEE Application Form 2019

For the candidate's reference, mentioned below are the steps to fill the online application form of VITEEE 2019. However, before proceeding towards filling the VITEEE 2019 application form, keep the following things ready:

Step 1- Get Registration Done

Candidates need to register themselves by filling the following details:

• Name

• Date of birth

• Gender

• Nationality

• Mobile Number

• Email ID

Once entered all the details, click on ‘Register’ tab. Upon successful registration, the authorities will send the log-in password at the registered email address and contact number of the candidate.

Note: Candidates must be aware that all the communication related to VITEEE 2019 will be done through the registered email address and mobile number, therefore they should make sure that they provide valid information. 

Step 2- Fill VITEEE Application Form 2019

Use the newly generated password and registered e-mail-id to log-in and access the account to fill the online application form. VITEEE 2019 application form will carry number of sections which need to be filled and submitted by the candidates within the prescribed deadline. VITEEE Application Number Generation: Once all the details are entered and submitted, an application number will be generated. Candidates will have to keep this number safely for future reference. 

Step 3- Application Fee Payment

After submitting all the details, candidates need to pay the application fees of Rs. 1150 (including GST) to complete the process.

Payment Mode: Candidates can pay the application fee either through credit/debit card or net banking.

Note: ‘No Need’ to send hard copy of VITEEE 2019 application form (VIT Application Form) to VIT after the payment. 

Step 4- Uploading of Photograph and Signature

The last step of online application form is uploading of scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format. Once completed, candidates is done with the online submission of VITEEE 2019 application form.

How to Get Offline VITEEE 2019 Application Form

VITEEE 2019 offline application form can be obtained from various post offices on cash payment of Rs. 1200 (including GST). Along with the application form of VITEEE 2019, candidates will also get the prospectus, information brochure, and other necessary enclosures including a self-addressed envelope.

Candidates, to get the application form from the above-mentioned campuses will have to personally visit the place and submit a DD for Rs. 1200 drawn in favor of "Vellore Institute of Technology" payable at Vellore.

Follow Given Below Checklist Before Filling Offline Application Form of VITEEE 2019

• Read the instructions carefully

• A black ball-point pen will be required to enter codes in the boxes. Along with it, a pencil will also be required to shade the alphabet/numeral/circle chosen by the candidate.

• A good quality, passport size, coloured photograph (make sure that photograph is not attested)

• Address of communication

Step to Fill OMR or Offline VITEEE 2019 Application Form

As VITEEE application form 2019 (VIT application form) will be machine processed, candidates need to make sure that they use only black ball-point pen and capital letters to fill the form. Not only this, only pencil should be used to shade the circles to correspond with the code/appropriate alphabet/numeral that the candidate want to enter.

1. Paste a recent, passport size, colour photograph at the designated. Do the signature at the designated space using a black ball-point pen only.

2. Write the complete and correct address along with the pincode. This address will be used for all future correspondence. In case, candidate commits error while writing the address, they will have a option of covering the whole box with a slip of white paper of similar size. Care had to be taken to ensure that the address doesn’t spill over the box.

3. Enter a valid email ID, STD Code and phone number.

4. Note down the application number, it will be require for all future reference.

5. The completed application form has to be enclosed separately in the envelope provided with the application form. Once done, send the form by speed post or registered post to the address mentioned on the envelope: Director- UG Admissions, VIT.

Key Points Related To Offline VITEEE Application Form 2019

1. Candidates will have to fill the application form only in English. Form filled in any other language will be rejected.

2. Make sure, VITEEE 2019 application form is not damaged in any way. The form also must be clean and tidy, without unnecessary scribbles and smudges.

3. Candidate must not staple, pin or stitch anything on the VIT application form 2019.

4. Options once entered while filling the application form will not be changed at a later stage.
