BITS Pilani has commenced the BITSAT slot booking 2026 on March 29, 2026. Candidates who have successfully registered can go through the BITAT 2026 slot booking. The slot booking for BITSAT includes the selection of date, timings, and exam centre. Candidates should book their BITSAT slots early, as priority will be given to the first candidates to book. After completion of the BITSAT slot booking 2026, students will be immediately made available the BITSAT admit card.

What is the BITSAT Exam?

The BITSAT is an online entrance examination conducted for admission in various courses like B.E., B.Pharm., and M.Sc. in BITS campuses of India. The BITSAT exam is a 3-hour computer-based test consisting of 130 multiple-choice questions. The BITSAT exam is conducted by BITS Pilani.

BITSAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to appear for BITSAT 2026 must fulfil the eligibility conditions. The BITSAT 2026 eligibility criteria comprises education qualifications and age. Below is the eligibility criteria for BITSAT.

Education Qualification:

• Qualified 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as compulsory subjects.

• Candidates who passed the 10+2 exam in 2025 are also eligible.

• Candidates who appear for the class 12 for the first time in 2025 or 2026 are only eligible. Students who retake 12th class in 2024 / 2025 are not eligible for the exam.

• Candidates must secure a minimum aggregate of 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (if Maths is chosen) or 75% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (if Biology is selected) in the 10+2 exam. Additionally, a minimum of 60% marks in each Physics, Chemistry, and Maths / Biology subject.

• There is no age limit for BITSAT.

The BITSAT 2026 application form filling process concluded on March 19, 2026. The Birla Institute of Technology and Science has announced the BITSAT 2026 registration date session 1 or both on the official website. Candidates who have passed or are appearing for 10+2 from a recognised board can appear for BITSAT 2026. The application process includes registration, form filling, uploading a photo & signature and payment of registration fees. The last date for session 1 BITSAT 2026 registration is March 16, 2026.

Step 1- BITS Pilani Registration 2026

The first step in applying for admission to BITS Pilani is to fill out the BITSAT 2026 application form. Students must provide their name, gender, date of birth, nationality, mobile phone number, and email address. While filling out the BITSAT 2026 registration form, candidates must enter the details carefully, as no changes will be allowed once the form is submitted.
