The KEA tweeted today to clarify and remove confusion for students. The authority clarified that the higher scores from Exam 1 and Exam 2 will be taken into consideration for KCET results. Like last year, the best marks from both exams will be considered for CET rank calculation. The KCET results 2026 will be declared after the results of both 2nd PUC exams are released. This rule only applies to Karnataka State PUC students and does not apply to CBSE, other central boards, or other state board students.
After the KCET exam, the KEA has released the official KCET answer key on its website. Candidates can use the answer key to estimate their score. If any discrepancies are found in the answer key, candidates can file a complaint with the KEA.
The KCET 2026 admit card has been released on April 10. Candidates can download it by entering their ID or mobile number on the official KEA website. It is mandatory to carry the admit card to the exam centre; without it, you will not be allowed to take the exam.
