JEE Advanced Admit Card 2018 - IIT Kanpur had released the JEE Advanced 2018 admit card on May 14. The admit card of JEE Advanced 2018 was available in online mode till May 20. Candidates could download their JEE Advanced admit card 2018 by submitting their JEE Advanced registration number, mobile number, date of birth and email ID. The admit card was available for those candidates who has successfully filled the application form for the entrance test and paid the requisite fee within the allotted time frame. However, provisional admit card were also released for the registered candidates who had not paid the fees. The original JEE Advanced 2018 admit card was issued to the candidates during the examination. Candidates must note that the admit card is an important document and candidates must take at least 2 printouts after downloading it. They had to carry the printed admit card of JEE Advanced with them on the day of the exam to the examination centre. No candidate was allowed to enter the examination hall and sit for the test without showing the admit card of JEE Advanced to the examiner there. JEE Advanced exam was conducted on May 20, 2018. Important: According to a new notification, candidates who had registered but did not pay the application fees were provided provisional admit card of JEE Advanced 2018. However, these candidates had to pay the fees through a demand draft in favour of "Organizing Chairman JEE (Advanced) payable at Kanpur" while reporting at the examination venue on May 20. General/OBC-NCL candidates had to pay Rs. 3100 whereas SC/ST/PWD and Female candidates had to pay Rs. 1800.
Foreign candidates from SAARC countries had to submit demand draft/banker's cheque of USD 210 while candidates from non-SAARC countries had to submit a demand draft of USD 350 at the examination centre allotted to them on the day of the examination. The drafts/banker's cheques should be drawn in favour of "Organizing Chairman JEE (Advanced)" payable at Kanpur.
Note: No personal cheques or payment in other forms were accepted. All PROVISIONAL and partially registered candidates were supposed to receive a communication from IIT Kanpur for uploading any required documents before June 5, 2018 but after the exam is over.

Points to remember about JEE Advanced Admit Card 2018
Candidates have to show the admit card of JEE Advanced 2018 at the exam centre for verification.
While downloading the admit card, the candidates must cross check all the details on it. In case of any discrepancy, they must report to the Chairman, JEE Advanced 2018.
Along with JEE Advanced 2018 admit card, the candidates must carry 1 photo ID proof, anyone out of these – Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, School/College ID, Pan Card or Passport.
The original admit card of JEE Advanced 2018 will be issued by the authorities during Paper I of the examination.
Candidates must reach the exam centre 1.30 hours or at least 1 hour earlier than the exam time. Plan your travel well in advance so that even if you meet unexpected events in the way, still you are able to make it well before the scheduled exam time.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the exam centre after the test commences. Similarly, candidates will be allowed to leave their seats only after the completion of the test.
