The minimum marks or the cut off of JEE MAIN keeps changing every year on the basis of difficulty. It is about 75-85 in previous few years. It was about 115 few times out of 360. Now, JEE MAIN will be of 300 marks from this year. So the safe side for cracking JEE MAIN would be 100 marks approximately but you should try to get much marks than this. Good luck.

yes, other state candidates may also apply for mhtcet exam, however there is separate seat reserve for non state candidates. and cutoff goes comparatively high for non domicile candidates.
