KCET Application Form 2020 - Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has extended the KCET 2020 application form correction facility till May 31. The facility was reopned was May 20. Candidates will also be able to change exam centres during this correction window. Earlier, the authorities have closed the facility to fill KCET 2020 application form. Candidates were able to fill the online application form till May 18, 2020. The correction facility for The KCET application form 2020 was earlier opened from March 7 to 16 after the initial availability from February 5 to March 2. The first step to apply for the exam is KCET registration 2020 followed by filling the application details, payment of registration fee, uploading documents, and submission of the form. Candidates must note that they had to take a printout of the application form of KCET 2020 and get attested by the Principal of their school or any Gazetted Officer. Candidates can now fill the Karnataka CET 2020 application form in online mode. The form filling process of KCET has to be completed in two stages. The first stage includes filling and editing of KCET application form 2020 while the second stage includes confirming the declaration and final submission of form. The following steps can be referred to fill the KCET 2020 application form -
Step 1: KCET Registration 2020- In the first step, candidates have to register by following the given steps-
Visit the official website (cetonline.karnataka.gov.in)
Click on ‘New User’
Read the instructions carefully and click on “Proceed to Apply Online”
Candidates who are appearing for 12th PUC exam have to enter the 13 digit ‘Student Number’ issued from PUE Department.
Click on “Submit” button
After this, a new page appeared and candidates are required to enter the following details-
Name of the Candidate
Date of Birth
Enter valid mobile number and email ID
Re-enter the password to confirm
Security question and answer to it
Click on 'Submit’
After this, the Karnataka CET 2020 application number and User Id will be sent to the registered email Id and mobile number of the candidates.
Step 2: Filling of KCET Application Form- After completion of KCET registration, candidates have to fill the personal, communication and academic details in the application form of KCET 2020. Details to be entered are mentioned below-

After this, candidates have to review their entered details and click on “Save and Next”.
Step 3: Uploading of Documents- In the next step, candidates have to upload the scanned images of all required documents as per the specifications provided by the authorities.
Step 4: Payment of Application Fee- Once the documents are uploaded, candidates will be required to submit the KCET application fee either in online or offline mode. For offline mode, candidates have to download the e-challan and pay the requisite fee at the branches of State Bank of India or ICICI Bank. Online payment can be done for KCET application form 2020 through debit/credit card or internet banking.

Step 5: Submission of KCET Application Form- In the last step, candidates have to click on the “Submit” button to generate a preview application form. Candidates have to review all the details entered by them. In case of any mistake, candidates will be able to edit the form by clicking on “Edit Application Form”. Once all the corrections are done, candidates have to accept the declaration and finally submit the KCET 2020 application form. Candidates have to note that corrections will not be allowed after final submission.
Note- It must be noted that the candidates have to download the completely filled application form, take a print out and get it attested by the School Principal or PU of the institute/school/college studied or currently studying or by any Gazetted Officer. Candidates are required to produce this attested application form of KCET 2020 at the time of counselling.

Candidates who forget their KCET application number should first check their registered email and text messages on the registered mobile number. If they are still unable to find their KCET application number, they can contact the authorities at-

If candidates forget their KCET password, they can retrieve it by following the given steps-

Candidates who have made any mistake in the KCET 2020 application form can now correct their forms through an application correction window available from May 20 to 31. Candidates can also change their exam centres during this correction window. This facility was earlier provided to the candidates from March 19 to 27. However, candidates must note that only some fields are available for correction. Candidates had to make all the corrections within the specified limit. The steps to be followed for making correction in KCET application form are given below:
1. Visit the official website at kea.kar.nic.in.
2. Find the option to 'Edit Karnataka CET application' and select it.
3. Login using the User ID generate OTP on the registered contact number.
4. Edit the details in the required sections and click on 'Submit'.
5. Download the confirmation page of KCET 2020 application form and duly take a print out of the same.

There is no need to worry about it. KEA will open the correction facility of KCET 2020 for all the registered candidates. During this period, the candidates will be able to modify and submit their application form.

The prediction of marks for scoring rank less than 500 is quite difficult. Firstly, ranks in KCET depends on your board marks as well as KCET exam marks. Try to score at least 90% marks in Boards and any marks between 150 to 160 in KCET, can fetch you a rank within 500.
