THE authority will release the MHT CET 2026 Answer key session 1 for PCB on May 13, 2026. The answer key will be uploaded by Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell on its official website. Response answer sheets are also provided along with answer keys. Candidates will be able to check their expected score in the MHT CET 2026 exam.
MHT CET 2026 result will be released on the official website cetcell.mahacet.org tentatively in June 2026. Candidates can download the scorecard easily by login into the official portal, entering their application number, date of birth, and downloading the scorecard. The MHT CET 2026 result will be released separately for the PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and PCB (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) groups. Along with the results, the CET Cell will also publish the MHT CET 2026 toppers list, including names, percentile scores, and marks obtained.
The session 2 MHT CET 2026 admit card for PCM was released on May 08, 2026. Candidates will be able to download the MHT CET 2026 admit card from the official website cetcell.mahace.org. The authority had released the MHT CET session 2 PCB admit card on May 6. The authority of Maharashtra’s CET Cell will conduct two types of exams, the PCB group exam and the PCM group exam in MHT CET 2026. The MHT CET syllabus will be 20 percent from Class 11th and 80 percent from Class 12th. Along with the syllabus, candidates must also be aware of the MHT CET exam pattern. For Mathematics, 2 marks for each question, and for physics, chemistry, and biology, 1 mark for each question. And there is no negative marking.

MHT CET Cell has announced that the exam will be held only within the state. The authority conducts the MHT CET 2026 exam across all 36 districts of Maharashtra. The MHT CET exam was conducted in almost 226 centres across Maharashtra in the previous session. Candidates have to select their district and centre to attend the MHT CET 2026 examination. The MHT CET exam centre details will be provided through the admit card. MHT CET exam centres will not be available in different states outside Maharashtra. Last year, they were available in Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
