EAMCET is a state level Entrance Test to get admission in local Engineering Colleges and JEE is a National level Entrance Test to get admission in Engineering Colleges all over India. So If you are not able to make a good Score in EAMCET you won't get better College in state level. If you have good JEE percentile then apply for Colleges based on that Score.
