TJEE Counselling 2019 - The admission authority of Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination will be conducting the counselling of TJEE 2019 tentatively in the last week of June, 2019. The authority will conduct the TJEE 2019 counselling in offline mode. The candidates who have qualified in the TJEE examination will be invited to attend the counselling 2019 of TJEE on the basis of ranks secured in the examination where they would be required to get their documents verified. Candidates will be required to report at the counselling venue at the scheduled date and time for the counselling of TJEE 2019. Candidates must carry all the required documents for the verification purpose without which the seat will not be allotted. After the document verification is complete, seat will be allotted to the candidates in the desired engineering programme. Tripura Board of Joint Entrance Examination will release the application form of TJEE 2019 tentatively in the last week of December in both online and offline mode. The last date of submission of application form will be in the last week of January, 2019. The TJEE 2019 examination will be conducted tentatively in the last week of April.

TJEE 2019 Counselling Procedure

The candidates who have successfully qualified and secured the marks above the cutoff of TJEE 2019 examination will be invited to attend the counselling procedure of TJEE 2019. The admission will be granted in the participating institutes only if the candidates meet the TJEE 2019 eligibility criteria. The participating institutes will have different criteria to offer admission to the candidates such as marks in the 10+2 or cutoff marks. Selection of candidates in the different institutes or colleges will be based on the cutoff marks set by the respective departments of institute.

The counselling letters will be issued to the candidates on the basis of their performance in the TJEE 2019 examination. The eligible candidates will have to report to their allotted venues for the counselling process of TJEE 2019 and get their documents verified to confirm their allotted seat. In case the candidates is allotted a seat this year or previous year in or outside the state through TJEE 2019, they will be required to surrender the seat in writing within seven working days from the date of selection through TJEE 2019 counselling and will be required to present the required proof during the counselling process.
