VITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2020 - Vellore Institute of Technology has released the official eligibility criteria of VITEEE 2020. Candidates will be able to check the various conditions that they will have to fulfill to apply for admissions through VITEEE. Details regarding age limit, nationality, required academic qualifications and more are present in VITEEE 2020 eligibility criteria. Those candidates who are not able to meet VITEEE eligibility criteria 2020 will be disqualified from the admission procedure. There are some criteria set by the authorities which all candidates are required to meet to be eligible for the admission and examination procedure. These certain requirements and conditions constitute the eligibility criteria of VITEEE 2020.

Should have been born on or after July 1, 1998. It has to be noted that only the date of birth present in the 10th standard/SSC/High School certificate will be considered by the authorities.
Candidates who are residents of India will be able to apply for VITEEE 2020. Non-residents of India will also be eligible for the examination and admission process.
Foreign applicants will be able to apply through the application form for foreign nationals.
Should have qualified 10+2 standard through CBSE, ICSE or any state board OR
The candidate should have attempted any pre-University examination or intermediate through recognized board or University OR
Should have a high school certification from Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva OR
Should possess General Certificate Education (GCE) from Cambridge/London/Sri Lanka with an advanced “A” level OR
The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) students can also apply OR
All candidates who have studied full time, regular and formal education will be eligible for VITEEE 2020.
The candidates should have studied Maths/Biology, Chemistry and Physics for their 10+2th standard (or equivalent) qualifying examination.
General category candidates should have secured 60% and above in Maths/Biology, Chemistry and Physics in 10+2 or equivalent examination.
For SC/ST candidates, the score to be secured is 50%.
Students belonging to the North-East states should have also secured 50% and above in all the subjects.
Year of Passing
The candidates should have completed their qualifying examination or should be appearing for it in 2020.
There are few criteria which the candidates applying through NRI and foreign category will have to check and meet. The list of eligibility criteria of VITEEE 2020 for NRI and foreign students are given below.
Candidates should have studied from an English medium school.
Should have completed 10+2 years with Physics, Chemistry, Maths/Biology.
It is mandatory to secure a minimum score of 60% in all of the subjects.
For the counselling and admission procedure, the candidates are required to attempt and qualify VITEEE 2020. As per their obtained merit ranks, the candidates will be called in for the counselling procedure. Selection of preferred choice of campus and branch of study has to be done. Through VITEEE, admissions will be provided into the two campuses in Vellore and Chennai in addition to VIT-AP University at Amravati and VIT Bhopal.

you have to pay Rs.1150 as application fees after the completion of the form. Application fees can be paid in online mode through Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking. please keep a copy of payment receipt along with them till the complete admission process is complete.

Photo specifications for viteee online application form is that Size of the photo should be between 10 KB and 200 KB with the dimension of 3.5 CM X 4.5 CM in .jpeg or .jpg format. Selfie photo will not be allowed.
