KCET Syllabus 2020 - Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) has released the KCET 2020 syllabus. The authority has prescribed syllabus of Pre-University Education Department of Karnataka State for the preparation of KCET 2020. Candidates are also advised to check the exam pattern of KCET 2020 along with KCET syllabus 2020 in order to have an overview of the entrance exam. Knowledge of KCET 2020 exam pattern will help candidates in knowing the number of questions, number of sections, type of questions, etc. of the entrance exam. KCET 2020 is a pen-paper based exam which will be conducted in two days and three sessions- Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Each subject will have 60 multiple-choice questions and will be of 80 minutes. Candidates will be allotted 1 mark for each correct answer and there will be no negative marking.

The cut off for KCET 2019 was 50% for general category candidates and 40% for SC/ST candidates.The cut off is different for different colleges. Separate cut offs are made for Karnataka and Hyderabad- Karnataka candidates.
