AP EAMCET Exam Pattern 2018 – JNTU Kakinada, which is the exam conducting authority released the AP EAMCET 2018 exam pattern to inform candidates about the format of the exam. For instance, AP EAMCET exam pattern informed candidates about the mode of the exam, languages in which the test could be taken, the subjects on which questions were set and question type. As per the AP EAMCET exam pattern 2018, candidates would have been able to attempt the test in two languages – English and Telugu. Also, another interesting highlight of the AP EAMCET 2018 was Mathematics carried maximum weightage of the three subjects; while Physics and Chemistry each contributed 40 questions, Mathematics alone contributed 80 questions. The application form of AP EAMCET 2018 was available from February 28. AP EAMCET was an online exam which was conducted from April 22 to 25, 2018 for admission to around 1,53, 150 UG engineering seats at 17 government and 305 private engineering colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Important Instructions for AP EAMCET 2018 Entrance Exam
Before appearing in AP EAMCET 2018 exam, candidates would have been able to participate in sample/ mock test that was uploaded on the institute website so that they got a look and feel of the online (computer-based) test.
Questions type were MCQs. Each question had four answer options, out of which only one was the correct option.
Candidates were advised to reach the exam centre at least 2 hours before commencement of the exam, so that there was sufficient time to complete frisking and registration formalities. The registration desk closed five minutes before exam started.
Candidate were provided with a rough sheet where they had to do all calculations and writing work. After completion of the test, the rough sheet had to be handed over to the exam invigilator.
Also, during the exam, the invigilator checked AP EAMCET 2018 Hall Ticket to identify the identity of the candidate. Without hall ticket, the candidates were barred from taking the test.
The candidate had to sign and give his/ her left-hand thumb impression on the Attendance sheet at the exam centre.
