IISER Eligibility Criteria 2025 - IISER released the IAT 2025 eligibility criteria on the official website, iiseradmission.in. Candidates can check the detailed eligibility criteria of IISER 2025 on this page. The IISER eligibility criteria consist of nationality, educational qualification and more. Students who have passed the 10+2 exam in the science stream will be able to apply for the IISER Admission Test. The last date to submit the IISER IAT 2025 application form is April 15, 2025. Eligible candidates have to fill out and submit the IISER 2025 application form before the last date. The IISER 2025 exam will be held on May 25, 2025.

Aspirants must have been born on or after October 01, 2000. SC, ST and PwD candidates get five years of age relaxation, i.e, they should have been born on or after October 01, 1995.
Candidates seeking admission through this channel must appear for a computer-based IISER Aptitude Test (IAT-2025)
IISER Exam Eligibility- As per the IISER admission criteria, candidates must have passed three subjects in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics, having a minimum score of 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade in the class 12th exam. To be eligible for an IISER qualification, a candidate must be an Indian National. There is no IISER age limit however the minimum age is 18 years to apply for thee xam.
IISER exam eligibility criteria based on OBC - Candidates belonging to the Other Backward Classes (OBCNC) and Persons with Disability (PD) categories, there is a 5% relaxation to the prescribed eligibility criteria of IISER admission. Whereas, the cut-off percentage for the SC, ST, and Kashmiri Migrants (KM) candidates is 55% in the (10+2) level for all boards.
IAT Exam Eligibility- To be eligible for an IAT exam, a candidate must have taken at least three subjects among Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics during their class 12th exam. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD should have scored a minimum of 55% marks in their class 12th exam.
The authority will conclude the IISER 2025 application form April 15, 2025. The IISER 2025 registration link is available on the official website, iseradmission.in. Candidates who fulfil the IISER eligibility criteria can fill out the application form. The application process comprises registration, form filling, uploading documents, and paying fees. The form will be accepted online.

If you have uploaded the old EWS certificate (2024–2025) instead of the new one (2025–2026), there is a chance that it may not be accepted, as the IISER notification clearly asks for the valid and updated EWS certificate for the year 2025–2026.
Right now, if the correction window is closed, you won’t be able to change it. But don’t worry too much. Once the results are out and before the counselling starts (before 16 June), there is usually a document verification process. You may get a chance to upload the correct and updated certificate during that time.
Just make sure you get the 2025–2026 EWS certificate ready as soon as possible, so if they allow updates before counselling, you can upload the correct one.

If you have selected OBC-NCL category and uploaded a Central OBC-NCL certificate , then there is no issue .
IISER accepts Central OBC-NCL certificate , as long as it is valid and issued by a competent authority. Just make sure the certificate is:
Issued within one year from the application date.
Clearly mentions OBC-NCL and your caste is in the central list .
If these points are okay, then your form is fine.
