All the best.
tomorrow is my jee exam and i am feeling sick what should i do
Its hard to give your best when you don't feel your best. You haven't mentioned the level of sickness you are feeling but i am assuming tha you have caught some cold due to seasonal change. Visit a doctor and take medications, if you feel better tonight and the next morning then you can go for the exam but if you feel like you wont be able to then you should skip this session and take 3-4 days rest and prepare well for March session.
I hope this helps.
