Step 1: Registration- Candidates will have to register for Bihar UGEAC 2025 by following the given steps-
Enter the JEE Main 2025 Application number and click on the “Verify” button.
You will be required to verify your date of birth next.

After all the details are entered, candidates will receive an SMS and email containing an “Activation code” on their registered mobile number and email Id. After this, candidates will have to click on the “Activate Your Account” link enter their email Id along with the received activation code and click on the “Submit” button.
Step 2: Entering Personal Information- Next, candidates have to log into their account using their email Id and password to enter their details in the application form as mentioned below-

Once all the details are entered, candidates will have to click on the “Save & Continue” button.
Step 3: Uploading Documents- In this step, candidates are required to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in both Hindi & English as per the specifications provided by the authorities. After uploading the documents, candidates will have to click on the “Save & Continue” button.
Step 4: Entering Educational Information- After uploading documents, candidates will have to enter their educational details-
Class X college name, year of passing, board and passing status
Class XII college name, year of passing, board and passing status
After entering the above details, candidates will have to click on “Save & Continue”.
Step 5: Preview of Application Form- Once the candidates submit the educational details, a preview of the application form will be generated. Candidates will have to check all the entered details and click on “Back to Edit” in case of any mistake. If there is no mistake, candidates can click on the “Confirm & Submit” button.
Step 6: Payment of Fee - Once the form is submitted, candidates are required to pay the application fee (Counselling fee) by clicking on the “Proceed to payment” button. The fee payment can be done in online mode only. Online payment can be done through debit/credit card or internet banking.
