Candidates appearing for the Telangana Engineering entrance exam have to score more than the qualifying marks to be eligible for admission. Since the TG EAPCET exam will be conducted on different dates and the question paper will be different for each session, there is a possibility that the candidates may compare themselves with the variation in the difficulty levels of the question paper of the same subject. Therefore, the authorities adopt a normalisation process to provide fair TG EAPCET exam results 2026.
Manabadi TG EAPCET Results 2026 Ranking Criteria
Along with the TG EAPCET 2026 result, the authorities also release the ranks. The TG EAPCET rank is allotted purely based on the performance (normalised marks) in the TG EAPCET 2026 exam. Additionally, the 25% weightage for intermediate marks in the TG EAPCET exam 2026 ranks will be waived off as a special case for the TG EAPCET 2026, similar to the previous year.

TG EAPCET 2026 Result- Tie-breaking Rule
JNTUH prescribes the guidelines to be followed in case one or more candidates hold the same marks as per TG EAPCET result 2026. The following set of rules apply to such candidates:
Candidates having higher marks in Mathematics will be placed higher on merit.
If the tie persists, the candidate with higher marks in Physics will be placed higher in merit.
If the tie remains following the above two steps, the candidate with high aggregate marks in their qualifying exam will be placed higher in merit.
In case none of the above work out, then the candidate older in age will be considered.
TG EAPCET Cutoff 2026
The authority will release the TG EAPCET 2026 cutoff online at the official website. The cutoff of TG EAPCET will be available after each round of counselling and seat allotment. Only those candidates who meet the cutoff will be eligible for admission to the respective institutes. The cutoff will be released institute-wise as well as subject-wise. Until the TG EAPCET 2026 cutoff is released, candidates can check the previous year's cutoff to know what EAMCET mark vs rank.

TG EAPCET 2026 Counselling
TSCHE will commence the TG EAPCET counselling in online mode. Candidates who qualify for the TG EAPCET exam 2026 will be eligible to participate in the counselling. Qualified candidates have to paid the counselling registration fees, fill online registration form, undergo verification of documents and fill in the choice of colleges. The authority will conduct the Centralised counselling for seat allotment based on marks secured in the exam.
