Good Luck!!
being a tamilnadu resident, how much should I score in JEE mains 2021 out of 300 to get into NIT Trichy from OBC creamy layer
If you are obc creamy layer then you will be treated as general as there's reservation only for obc ncl.
This is a bit difficult to predict the marks required in JEE mains to get a seat in NIT trichy as cut off rank keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the jee main examination , number of seats available for the branch you want etc.
I am considering that you are asking about computer science
When we go through previous year trends, then
In round 6 of josaa counselling 2020 , for general or open category to get computer science engineering in National Institute of Technology, trichy ,under home state quota 4728 was closing rank
You can check the same at
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
Rank of 4728 is around 175 marks as per our article at
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
So, to be safer side try to get at least around 180 marks in your jee main 2021
Now,
limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so focus on your preparation, to prepare well your jee examination, go through chapters first and your focus should be on grasping concepts , practising questions and then revising them, go through mock test paper sample papers and previous year question papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
If you have any other doubt then you can always reach us to clear them :) we are always available to help you out and guide you
Thankyou
being a tamilnadu resident how much should I score in JEE mains to get into NIT Trichy 2021
Assuming you are from General Category having Tamil Nadu Home State Advantage, you must target securing a Rank of atleast AIR 35000, to confirm your seat in either of Metallurgical, Civil or Production Engineering at NIT Trichy. As far as the Rank is concerned, I believe securing around 97 percentile or 130-140/300, will ensure you keep hold at this Rank.
For more information about NIT Trichy cutoff do follow the link below
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff-for-nit-trichy
i fillup my forms in jee main 2021 as ews category. If I not upload this ews certificate before may what will hapen?
hello aspirant,
You need the category certificate during the counselling and admission.so there would be no problem if you dont submit the ews category certificate now during the resgiration or application.it wont ask the hard copy of the certificate but it asks during the jeeadvanced registration.so if you dont have the certiciate from central government i suggest you to apply as soon as possible before the admission takes place otherwise you will be considered as GEN student.
hope this helps,
thankyou.
can we give JEE simultaneously with NEET.
Yes you can appear for jee and neet both. But make sure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria for both the examinations. And also you need to take care to manage your studies of both the examination.
You can check the eligibility criteria for jee mains from the following link:
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-january
After cracking jee mains you will be eligible for jee advanced.
The eligibility criteria of neet can be obtained from this link:
