IISER Merit List and Cutoff 2020

IISER Merit List and Cutoff 2020 - Joint Action Committee, IISER Thiruvananthapuram has released the cutoff of IISER 2020 for 5-year BS-MS degree programmes offered by all 7 participating institutes. Candidates can now check IISER 2020cutoff through the official website. The merit list is yet to be released. Aspirants will be able to access to IISER merit list 2020 by logging in to the portal with their registered email and password. It should be noted that IISER admission 2020 will be done through three channels- JEE Advanced, KVPY and IISER aptitude test. Thus, the authorities will release separate IISER merit list and cut off 2020 for candidates applying through different channels of admission. Candidates shortlisted on the basis of the merit list and cutoff of IISER 2020 will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. IISER Merit List 2020

The exam conducting authorities will release separate merit list for candidates applying through all three channels of IISER 2020 admission. Other than this, the merit list of IISER 2020 will also be prepared on the basis of different categories. IISER 2020 aptitude test was rescheduled to September 18. Candidates can check the method of preparation of IISER 2020 merit list based on three channels mentioned below.

IISER Merit List 2020 - KVPY and JEE Advanced Channel

The authorities will prepare separate merit list of IISER 2020 for candidates applying through KVPY and JEE Advanced channel. This merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in KVPY (marks in 10+2 and KVPY fellowship) and JEE Advanced 2020. Candidates will be able to check their merit score by logging in to the portal through their registered email and password. It should be noted that 50% of the seats offered by the institute are reserved for candidates applying through either KVPY or JEE Advanced 2020.

IISER 2020 Merit List – SCB Channel

The authorities will release separate merit list of IISER 2020 for the candidates appearing in the aptitude test (SCB channel). This merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in IISER 2020 aptitude test. 50% of the seats are reserved for candidates qualifying the IISER aptitude test.

IISER Cutoff 2020

The cutoff of IISER 2020 is the minimum marks/ranks that a candidate is required to obtain in order to get admission in any of the 7 participating institutes of the exam. The authorities will release separate cutoff for candidates applying through different channels. Candidates who score equal to or above the cutoff of IISER 2020 will be eligible to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process.

Eligibility Criteria of IISER 2020

Candidates must check and fulfill the eligibility criteria of IISER 2020 before applying for the exam. No candidate will be eligible for final allotment if he/she does not fulfill the minimum IISER 2020 eligibility criteria.
