IISER Merit List and Cutoff 2019 - Joint Action Committee will release merit list and cutoff of IISER 2019 for candidates who wish to take admission in UG programmes offered by institute. Since the admission process is carried through different channels i.e., through JEE Advanced, KVPY and IISER aptitude test, merit list of IISER 2019 will be released separately for each channels. To check IISER 2019 merit list, candidates must login using registered email id and password. In case candidates name appears in the list then they will be eligible to get admission in five year BS-MS programmes in institutes of IISER across India. Based on the ranks secured in IISER 2019 merit list by candidates in JEE Advanced 2019 and KVPY result, institute will allot 50% seats to candidates. The rest 50% seats will be reserved for candidates applying through IISER entrance examination. The cutoff of IISER 2019 for all SC/ST candidates and Kashmiri Migrants is minimum 55% marks in 10+2 or equivalent for all boards. Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) conducted IISER 2019 entrance examination on June 6 for admission of candidates to programmes offered by the institute.
IISER 2019 merit list is prepared separately for candidates who have applied through JEE Advanced 2019, KVPY and IISER 2019 Aptitude Test. The merit list of IISER 2019 will also be prepared separately for each category. In order to get admission through any of three channels, the candidate must meet eligibility criteria of IISER 2019.

If a candidate has applied for admission through JEE Advanced 2019 and KVPY, a separate merit list was prepared by the authorities. Candidates could check their merit list and cutoff of IISER 2019 by login to portal. In order to login, candidates had to enter their registered email address and password and download the list for seat allotment session. 50% seats are reserved for candidates taking admission through either KVPY or through JEE Advanced 2019.
The merit list of IISER 2019 based on the marks or ranks secured in IISER aptitude test will be released after the results have been announced. Authorities has reserved 50% seats for candidates taking admission through entrance examination.
Indian nationals and students belonging to PIO (Person of Indian Origin) or OCI (Overseas Citizen of India)
Candidates need to have valid KVPY fellowship commencing from 2018-19 academic session
Candidates belonging to general category need to secure a rank within 10,000 in the Common Rank List (CRL) of JEE Advanced 2018 to be eligible for IISER Admission 2018. Whereas, candidates falling in reserved categories (OBCNC, SC, ST, PD) should secure rank within 10,000.
Students seeking admission under this channel must meet the minimum cutoff percentage prescribed by IISER for their respective state boards

Merit list of IISER 2019 will be announced by Joint Admission Committee of IISER for admission to 5 year BS-MS programmes
Only shortlisted candidates will be listed in merit list of IISER 2019 which will be available for all channels
Candidates will be offered admission on the basis of rank secured in merit list of IISER 2019

The cutoff of IISER 2019 is the minimum marks/ranks set by the admission authority which a candidate must secure to get admission in institute. Candidates will be invited for counselling process on the basis of cutoff marks of IISER 2019. The cutoff of IISER 2019 will be different for all courses and institutes. Thus, candidates must be careful while checking the IISER 2019 cutoff list for a particular course and institute. Candidates will be offered admission at various institutes of IISER located in Bhopal, Kolkata, Mohali, Pune, Thiruvananthapuram and Tirupati. Admission authority of IISER does not release its cutoff list, if in case it is released by admission authority, it will be available here. The cutoff marks for candidates belonging to SC/ST and Kashmiri migrants is 55% in qualifying examination (10+2 or equivalent).

It is not possible to check the score you got in aptitude test because IISER has closed its result displaying portal and that is the only way to check the score as allotments for all the respective streams like SCB, JEE-Advanced and KVPY. I hope this was helpful.
Improvements Exams are for students who have passed but are not satisfied with their marks and are willing to take the exams again .
Only such Candidate who has passed the examination of the Board in 2019 can apply in 2020 for improving his/her performance in one or more subjects provided he/she should have appeared in the same subjects in the examination held in March 2019. So this is the eligibility criteria to give cbse improvement exam 2020.
