    What is VITEEE 2026?

    Vellore Institute of Technology is a Private, Deemed University established in 1984, which is almost 41 years ago, by G. Vishwanthan. At present, a total of 2 lakh plus students are studying in all VIT Campuses. In 2024, VIT ranked 19th in the National Institutional Ranking Framework conducted by the Ministry of Education.     Candidates born or/after July 1, 2004 are eligible to apply for the exam.

    Qualifying Examination of VITEEE 2026

    Candidates appearing for the VITEEE entrance exam 2026 should have passed 10+2/or an equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology, achieving a minimum aggregate of 60% marks.

    SC/ST category candidates and students hailing from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the North Eastern states should have passed 10+2/equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics/Biology with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks.
