COVID-19 i.e. coronavirus has rapidly spread across the world including India. At present, India has 258 positive cases and the situation is getting alarming day by day. This widespread outbreak of coronavirus has resulted in almost a complete shutdown and lock down in the country, the government has closed schools, colleges, cinemas, malls, etc. till March 31. The government is trying every possible thing to combat the situation like observing Janata Curfew on March 22. Along with all these steps, the coronavirus outbreak has led to postponement of various engineering entrance exams and JEE Main is one of them. Because of COVID-19 , the National Testing Agency has announced to postpone JEE Main 2020 which was scheduled to be conducted on April 5, 7, 8, 9 and 11. Now the exam will be conducted in the last week of May.
Now, as the exam has been postponed, the entire schedule of the April session of the exam will be changed and the new schedule will be announced with the new exam dates.
As coronavirus is spreading rapidly, speculations are being made if authorities can conduct JEE Main 2020 exam through homes. It can be said if the conditions get worse, authorities may resort to the alternative of conducting the exam through homes. The exam is already being conducted as a computer-based exam. However, this can be adopted as a last resort.
Although COVID-19 is at an alarming stage but there is a very little possibility that JEE Main 2020 is cancelled. The authorities will try to conduct the exam in every possible way as the January session has already been conducted. So, it is almost not possible that the authorities will cancel the exam.
Candidates who were to appear for the April session of JEE Main 2020 can convert this postponement of the exam in a positive way. Candidates can utilise this time to make their preparations for the exam stronger. Following the given tips can help the candidates to ace the exam-
Practice Mock Tests and Sample Papers- Candidates must practice more and more JEE Main sample papers and mock tests to increase their speed and time management. These mock tests and sample papers will also help the candidates to analyse their performance and they can work on their mistakes.
Follow a time table- Candidates should prepare a time-table to take up topics that they think need more time. Candidates can divide the available time to all such topics. This will boost the JEE Main preparation of the candidates.
Make short notes- Candidates should make short and handy notes for important formulas and concepts. These handy notes can help the candidates in memorising them easily.
Revise- As revision is an important factor to ace any exam, candidates must revise everything they have studied for the exam.
Stay Healthy- At last, candidates must take care of themselves and stay healthy. Candidates must take proper precautions to fight the coronavirus.

Hello,
If the ten years question paper file is not opening, it may be due to file corruption, unsupported format or incomplete download. Try downloading the file again and make sure the download completes fully. Check if your device has an updated PDF reader or file viewer. If the file still does not open, try using another device to check whether the file is working. If none of these methods help, you should request a fresh copy of the question paper file.
Hope this helps you.
