Yes, you can apply for JEE 2025 with your SC caste certificate issued in 2015.
As per the JEE Main 2025 Information Bulletin:
·Caste certificates issued after 2015 are valid.
·No expiry date is mentioned for SC/ST certificates.
However, ensure:
·Your certificate is issued by the competent authority (District Administration, West Bengal).
·The certificate mentions your caste name, which is listed in the Central List of SCs.
Verify with the issuing authority or NTA (JEE Main conducting body) if you have doubts.

·Qualifying exam: Passed 12th or equivalent in 2023, 2024, or appearing in 2025

The JEE Main Paper 2 exam in 2025 will be administered by NTA in two sessions, between January and April. In the first week of November, the JEE Main 2025 Paper 2 application form will be made available.
Mathematics, general aptitude, and drawing are covered in the JEE Main Paper 2 syllabus 2025 for BArch, whereas mathematics, general aptitude, and planning are covered in the BPlan syllabus.

With a 90 percentile in the JEE Mains 2025, your chances of securing a seat in prestigious colleges like JNTU Hyderabad (JNTUH) or VNR VJIET (Vallurupalli Nageswara Rao Vignana Jyothi Institute of Engineering & Technology) depend on several factors such as your category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.), the specific branch you are targeting, and the annual cutoffs for these colleges.
For JNTUH , being one of the top engineering colleges in Telangana, the competition is fierce. Typically, for a general category student, the cutoff ranks for popular branches like Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) or Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) are much lower (i.e., require a higher percentile, often above 97-98). However, for less competitive branches, a 90 percentile may give you a chance, especially if you belong to a reserved category.
In the case of VNR VJIET , the cutoffs are slightly more lenient compared to JNTUH but still competitive. A 90 percentile might give you a fair chance of securing a seat, particularly if you're open to branches beyond CSE or ECE and belong to a reserved category.
