According to the JEE Main 2022 paper 2 analysis, the following feedback has been received from students:

- The overall difficulty level of the paper was 'easy to moderate'.

According to the JEE Main paper 2 analysis, the following reactions have been received from students:
- The JEE Main 2021 BArch paper for morning shift was moderately difficult.
- In Mathematics, topics like vector algebra and coordinate geometry were given more weightage.
- JEE Main paper 2 drawing section was also moderately difficult.
- Questions on General Aptitude were comparatively easier in terms of difficulty.

JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 Analysis: September 1 (Afternoon Shift)
Himanshu: I found Mathematics to be the toughest section. Most of the questions asked in Mathematics were from topics like Integration, Area-bounded, and differentiation. I did not face any problems in writing the exam. All the COVID-19 guidelines were followed inside the JEE Main exam centre.
Satish Kumar: I found the Mathematics section to be tricky and tough. Aptitude was easiest of all and most of the questions were to tell about the top-view. Covid-19 guidelines were followed inside the exam hall.
JEE Mains 2020 Paper 2 Analysis: September 1 (Forenoon Shift)
Sachin - The overall difficulty level of the JEE Main B.Arch paper was moderate. The drawing and Aptitude sections were easy, however, the Maths section was quite tough. There were a total of 5 numerical value questions that were asked from topics such as hyperbola, measurements and three-dimensional geometry. All the guidelines were followed inside the JEE Main exam centre.
Ishu Goel - General Aptitude section had maximum questions regarding the top-view; other topics were to find correct elevation, odd figures, etc. The drawing was not very easy as she is not very good at it. All the social distancing norms were followed, thermal scanning was done, students were not allowed to leave the exam centre altogether.
Another student felt that Mathematics was tough but the questions were solvable. Most of the questions asked were from the 11th and 12th standard syllabus. General aptitude was easy and had questions about patterns and sequences. The General Aptitude section also had General Knowledge questions like where is Notre dame cathedral located or where does the President of the USA live? The COVID-19 guidelines are followed well. The sanitisers were given to the students and hygiene was also well maintained.
JEE Main Paper 2 Analysis 2020 (January Session)
JEE Main 2020 Paper 2 for the January session has been conducted on January 6. Students are provided below the exam analysis below for the forenoon and afternoon session. Students can check the JEE Main analysis of previous years to get an understanding of the exam.
According to the students who attempted the examination, the paper was of moderate difficulty. There were more questions from 11th standard syllabus and Mathematics was the difficult part. In the General Aptitude section, there were questions such as explaining 3D image, viewing the structure of a building from the top, and having to match it with the options. Mathematics was a bit tricky but not tough. Coordinate Geometry and Sets & Probability questions were there in the paper. General aptitude had questions on mental ability and there were only a few questions from theories. In the drawing section, the students had to draw a gymnast and then use cylinders to make a composition.

JEE Main Paper 2 Analysis from Students (Forenoon Session)
Manya: The paper was of moderate difficulty level. The mathematics section was also easy. The numerical value questions were a bit tricky. Planning section was the easiest and Mathematics was the most difficult one.
Prachi: The paper was really easy. The aptitude section basically had questions where students were asked to identify symmetry. Drawing section students were asked to draw symmetric sketches and show their imagination skills.
Dhruv: The paper was quite easy for both B.Arch and B.Planning. Numerical Value questions were also of moderate difficulty level.
Samiksha: The exam was moderately easy. The aptitude section mainly had design-based questions where students were asked to determine the correct top view etc from the figure mentioned in the questions.
JEE Mains Paper 2 Analysis from Students (Forenoon Session)
Harshita: Questions were asked on explaining the 3-D images. Questions from Maths were quite easy
Prateek Yadav: Questions from Calculus in Mathematics were tough, overall the difficulty level was moderate.
Anuj: Mathematics questions were easy while aptitude and drawing questions were easy. Questions were mostly from class 11. Numerical value questions were easy.
Anubhav: Questions were easy from Mathematics, aptitude part was a bit difficult. He is expecting 180-200 marks.
Ananya: The difficulty level of the paper was moderate.

JEE Mains 2019 Paper 2 Analysis for April Session
Most of the students who appeared for the entrance exam felt that the paper was of moderate difficulty level. Among all the sections, Mathematics was the toughest whereas the aptitude and drawing sections were relatively easier. Also, General knowledge questions were asked in the aptitude section whereas Mathematics had conic, integration, probability problems and more. In one of the questions of the drawing section, students were asked to draw a figure that had to be made out of a cube. In other questions, students had to draw a flower and tablecloth.
JEE Mains 2019 Paper 2 Analysis for January session
The January session of JEE Main Paper 2 drew mixed reviews from the students about the difficulty level of the exam. As per the students who appeared for the entrance exam the drawing section of JEE Main Paper 2 was easy, some students felt that the Mathematics section was tougher as compared to previous years. Students were also told that the Aptitude section of Paper 2 had questions about the full form of ISRO and NASA. The General Knowledge section of comprised of total 15 questions asked as MCQs (multiple-choice questions).
