TS ECET 2026 Counselling Procedure

The counselling of TS ECET 2026 involves several steps. Candidates can check the steps of TS ECET counselling below.

Step 1: TS ECET Counselling Fee Payment- First, candidates have to pay the TS ECET counselling fee. For this, they have to follow the steps below-

• Visit the TS ECET counselling official website
• Click on “Pay Processing Fee”.
• For login, enter the hall ticket number, registration form number (as printed on TS ECET 2026 Hall Ticket), date of birth, rank and captcha image value as shown on the display.
• Now, enter the necessary details like caste certificate, application number, mobile number, email Id and Aadhaar card number.
• Click on the “Submit” button.
• Check the hall ticket number & rank and read the guidelines for fee payment.
• Click on the “Pay Processing Fee” button.
• Select the payment mode (Net Banking/ Credit Card/ Debit Card) and pay.

Step 2: Slot Booking for Certificate Verification- After the payment of the TS ECET 2026 counselling fee, candidates have to book a slot for certificate verification at the helpline centres. Follow the steps given below for TS ECET slot booking.

• Open the official website
• Click on the “Slot Booking” button
• Log in using the hall ticket number, TS ECET application form number, date of birth and captcha code
• Click on the “Show available slots” button
• Choose the nearest helpline centre from the drop-down list
• Dates available for TS ECET 2026 slot booking will be shown in “Green” colour
• Select a suitable date and time for the certificate verification
• Check the helpline centre details, slot booking date and time
• Click on “Yes” to receive a confirmation SMS on the registered mobile number regarding slot booking
• Take a printout of the final confirmation

Step 3: Certificate Verification-

• After booking the slot, candidates have to report to the selected helpline centre on the booked date and time.
• Candidates have to take all the necessary documents along with them for the document verification process.
• Students should arrive ten minutes before the time slot for certificate verification.

Step 4: Registration-

• After certificate verification, candidates will have to register for the option entry process. Students will need to click on the “Candidate Registration” button and fill in the details such as hall ticket number, registration number, rank and date of birth.
• Students will also have to create a password for their “Candidate Login” portal.

Step 5: Login and Option Entry-

• After creating the Candidate login account, students will have to log in to the official web portal.
• Next, click on the “Option Entry” button and enter the choices of colleges/institutes and courses.
• Freeze the choices before the last date.

Step 6: Seat Allotment-

• The authorities releases the seat allotment result based on the candidate’s rank, seat availability and option entry.
• Students can check their seat allotment results on the official web portal by logging in to the candidate account.
• Download the seat allotment letter and take a printout of the same for future use.

TS ECET Counselling 2026 Spot Round

The authorities will conduct a spot round of TS ECET counselling to fill the vacant seats. Candidates who do not qualify TS ECET 2026 exam can appear in the spot round after payment of the requisite counselling fee. Students will have to report to the centres for the counselling process in this round.
