Yes, you can apply for JEE B.Arch if you have scored 65% in your 12th exams and you belong to the OBC category. For JEE B.Arch, the basic eligibility is that you should have passed 12th with Mathematics as a compulsory subject. With a JEE Main CRL rank of around 1,92,000, getting into the top NITs and IIITs would be quite difficult because their cutoffs usually close much earlier. However, you still have a chance to get admission into some of the newer NITs or GFTIs, especially if you are flexible with the branch and location. In many cases, branches like Civil, Mechanical, or some of the newer courses in less competitive colleges tend to have higher closing ranks where you might fit in. Also, your chances can improve a lot if you are eligible for state quota or have any category reservation like SC, ST, or OBC, because the cutoffs for these categories are generally higher.

Some central universities or institutes like IISER , ISI , or CUET-based universities may offer such courses, but JEE Main is not accepted there for this type of programme.
