NATA Counselling 2022 - There will be no centralized counselling of NATA 2022. The individual institutes for which notifications will be released online conduct NATA 2022 counselling. The Council of Architecture (CoA) is only responsible for conducting the exam and it does not conduct NATA counselling for admission in B.Arch course.
Candidates who qualify the NATA exam by securing the minimum qualifying marks become eligible for participating in the NATA counselling 2022. Eligibility for Participating in NATA Counselling 2022
Students have to fulfill certain conditions in order to be eligible for participating in counselling of NATA 2022 conducted by the institutes. Candidates can refer to the NATA 2022 counselling eligibility criteria here-

Documents Required for NATA Counselling 2022
Candidates who wish to participate in NATA 2022 counselling process will be required to carry all documents of educational qualification and other required documents while reporting to the counselling venue. As there is no centralized counselling of NATA 2022, documents required may vary as per the institutes and state in which the institute is located. NATA 2022 Counselling- Key Points
Students seeking admission through NATA must note that CoA will not conduct the NATA counselling 2022 for admission in B.Arch courses.

So with regard to your query, NO, you cannot apply for the NATA exam, as you are a commerce student. Because as per the eligibility criteria mentioned by the NATA authorities, a student who studied their 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are only eligible for the NATA exam, and other background students are not eligible for this.

Yes, you can apply for NATA 2022 now as the application window is open. NATA 2022 will be conducted in three phases.
- Phase 1: June 12, 2022
- Phase 2: July 7, 2022
- Phase 3: August 7, 2022

The education qualification required to be eligible to apply for NATA is that a candidate must have passed 10 + 2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or 10+ 3 Diploma with Mathematics as subject from a recognized board are eligible to apply. Candidates appearing for 10+2 examination with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as subjects of study or 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics are also eligible to apply provisionally.
If you have passed or appearing 10+2 with commerce stream then you are not eligible to apply for NATA. You have to study 10+2 with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry or 3 year Diploma with Mathematics as of one the subjects from a recognized board and then apply for NATA.

So i would suggest you to follow some sample papers which are easily available on the market and you can also solve some question papers from any purchased books from the market.
