Should have studied Language, Physics, Mathematics in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination along with any one of the following subjects - Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical Vocational subject and an additional subject in the qualifying exam.
Marks to be Secured
General category candidates should have secured atleast 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (or equivalent) examination.
SC/ST/PH category candidates should have scored atleast 55% aggregate marks.
Since admissions will be done on the basis of JEE Main scores, the candidates should have qualified the examination and secured valid scores.
The candidates should have good mental and physical health.

The authorities will release the application form of JAC Chandigarh B.Tech admission 2020 tentatively in the first week of May. Candidates will be able to access the application form only in online mode and it has to be submitted before the final date specified by the authorities. All of the required personal, academic and communication details have to be submitted by the authorities. If the candidates are not able to fill the application form, then he/she will not be given admission.
Step 1 - Registration: Firstly, the candidate will have to register for JAC Chandigarh B.Tech admission 2020. The given steps can be followed by the candidates to complete the registration process:

The candidates will have to provide their name, father’s name, date of birth, JEE Main 2020 roll number and application number.
Password has to be created by the candidates.
After logging in, the candidates will be able to check their basic information and additional details such as place of school, category and more will also have to be added.
Step 2 - Payment of Fee: Next, the candidates will have to pay the required fee of JAC Chandigarh B.Tech admission 2020. The fee is a one-time non refundable and the candidates will have to make the payment through online (net banking/credit card/debit card) and offline mode (e-challan).

Step 3 - Print out of the Application Form: Finally, the candidates will have to submit the filled application form and take a print out. Candidates are advised to take the print out and keep it safely for future use.
The candidates will have to undergo the counselling of JAC Chandigarh B.Tech admission 2020 to get allotted into the participating institutes. Three rounds along with a spot round of counselling will be conducted by the authorities. Registered candidates will have to fill their choice of colleges and courses as per their preference in online mode. During mock counselling, the candidates will be allotted as per their preferences and merit. Changes in the order of preference can be done after the mock counselling result is announced. Allotment of seats will be done as per merit, preferences and more.
Eligible candidates will be allotted seats as per their JEE Main merit, preference of colleges and course and availability of seats. The allotment result will be declared by the authorities in online mode separately for each round. After checking their allotment status, the selected candidates will have to report to their respective institute for verification of documents and fee payment. If the candidates fail to pay the fee or verify their documents, then their allotted seats will be cancelled by the authorities.
The authorities will release the cutoff of JAC Chandigarh B.Tech admission 2020 in online mode. Through the cutoff, the candidates will be able to check the opening and closing ranks for admissions. Candidates who meet the cutoff will have higher chances of admission into the participating institutes. While preparing the cutoff, the authorities will take various particulars related to the examination such as difficulty level, number of applicants and more into consideration.

In Ece you'll get better jobs in offices in core or you can find job same as a CSC.
