COMEDK UGET Counselling 2018 - The admission authority, Consortium of Medical Engineering and Dental Colleges is conducting the counselling of COMEDK UGET 2018 from July 16 to 26 in offline mode. The COMEDK UGET 2018 counseling schedule is released by the officials. The counselling process of COMEDK UGET 2018 consists of registration, document verification, seat allotment and payment of academic fees. Candidates who qualify COMEDK UGET will have to report at the notified centre for document verification and seat allotment process. COMEDK UGET 2018 Counselling Process
COMEDK UGET aspirants are advised to follow mentioned below steps to apply for COMEDK UGET counselling 2018.
Steps 1- Report to notified venue
Check the schedule of counselling of COMEDK UGET 2018 and report to the notified venue. While reporting, carry all the required mandatory documents along. Candidates can attend the COMEDK UGET 2018 counselling as per the sessions allotted for a specific rank along with one Parent/Guardian.
Visit the check-in counter as per the Rank numbers/session being announced
Produce documents as requested at check-in counter and enter the counselling venue
Once the check-in process is completed, proceed further to the verification section.
Step 2- Document Verification
Fill second COMEDK UGET counselling 2018 verification cards (available at verification section) and arrange documents as per the order mentioned in documents.
Visit verification Counter. Verification officer will verify all original documents and DD and retain a set of photocopies of all documents verified.

Step 3- Biometric And Photo Verification and Registration
Once documents are verified, complete biometric and photo verification process. Collect registration slip and proceed to COMEDK UGET counselling 2018 hall along with the registration slip.
Step 4- COMEDK UGET 2018 Seat Allotment
Fill demand draft details and three choices of course/college in order of your preference. Ranks will be announced. Wait for your rank to be called.
Once the rank is called, go to selection counter select the seat as per availability.
Proceed to next counter to get the acknowledgement of seat selected
Note: Candidates must be aware that exercising the option involves selection of a seat in the order of merit subject to the availability of seat and the college.
Step 5- Seat Acknowledgment and Deposit of Academic fees
Collect the seat allotment letter and proceed to DD deposit counter
Submit your DD along with seat acknowledgment letter at the DD Counter. Candidates are required to deposit a sum of Rs 55,000 at the time of seat allotment and remaining tuition fee at the college level when they get admitted.The Demand Draft should be drawn only on the approved Banks in favor of COMEDK and indicating the Test Admission Ticket Number (TAT Number) thereon, payable at Bangalore.
Step 6 - Allotment Letter Collection
Collect your original allotment letter and fee payment receipt. Check all the details report to college as per date mentioned in the original allotment letter
Key Points Related to First Round of COMEDK 2018 Counselling
Candidate will be allowed to participate in COMEDK UGET 2018 counselling within the notified time schedule and as per the stipulated rank ranges only.
Candidates are required to get the original documents verified and register themselves. No candidates will be allowed to participate in the counselling of COMEDK UGET 2018 without registration.
Candidate need to be physical present for the counselling
Once verification of documents is over, a merit list is generated for each of the session. Unless a candidate who has a higher rank gets the opportunity to select a seat, a candidate who has the rank next to him cannot select the seat.
A dynamic screen will show course-wise and college-wise availability of seats.
Once a candidate selects a seat according to order of merit, it cannot be changed subsequently.
The entire seat selection process is computerized right from the stage of registration till the stage of printing of the seat allotment letter.
If it is found that the allotment letter issued to the candidate is tampered, the authorities has a right to cancel such allotment and candidate will forfeit the entire fee paid.
In case the original allotment letter is lost, the candidate will lose the selected seat as well.
No candidate will be allowed to change the seat, once selected, during the same counseling round.
Key Points to Remember for COMEDK UGET 2018 Counselling Round- 2
In round-2 of COMEDK UGET 2018 counselling, all the unfilled, surrendered, forfeited, cancelled and newly added seats, if any, will be made available.
Candidates who have selected a seat during the first round, whether reported to the college or not, are eligible to participate in the second round.
Also, candidates who have not selected any seat can also participate in round-2 along with the candidates who have not attended the first round of counseling.
The second round counselling schedule will be notified separately.
After the second round of counselling, the list of selected candidates would be sent to all the regulating agencies of the Government and the Colleges concerned.
