NATA Result 2018 COA has released the NATA 2018 score card on June 18 for all candidates who had applied for review of their drawing paper. It may be noted that review was open only for drawing paper on payment of Rs. 750 in online mode. COA had released revised NATA 2018 result on June 7 in online mode. Earlier it was to be released on June 4, bur in a fresh email to candidates, the downloaded scorecard was asked to be ignored and that candidates could check the fresh and revised NATA  result on June 7. To login, candidates must enter their application sequence number and date of birth. The result of NATA 2018 will be forwarded to the candidates in their registered email id. The qualifying cutoff marks for NATA 2018 is 70 out of 200. Subject-wise minimum marks are 30 in Maths & Aptitude and 20  in drawing. The result of NATA 2018 is available in three formats - out of 200 and in each component, merit listing based on marks and tie-breaking rules and percentile score based on merit listing. COA has uploaded the response sheets of the candidates on May 16. This allowed the candidates to request for rechecking of their answers if they are not satisfied. NATA is conducted by COA as an admission test and no counselling is held by the authorities. Latest: The Council of Architecture (COA) has released the score card of NATA 2018 on June 18 for candidates who had applied for review of drawing paper.


It may be racalled that earlier COA) had accepted the request to review the drawing marks after complaints from candidates. NATA 2018 was conducted on April 29. On the release of result candidates found their drawing marks to be incorrect. They requested to rectify their scores and review it. After hearing the candidates request, COA had allowed them to file the request to review their drawing marks.  Candidates had to enter their name, date of birth, Email ID, mobile number, NATA application and Roll No before paying Rs. 750 in online mode. The details must match the NATA hall ticket.

How to download NATA Result 2018?

 

Candidates will have to follow the easy steps given below to download and check the result of NATA 2018:

  • Click on the link given above.

  • Enter the log-in credentials (application sequence number and date of birth)
  • NATA 2018 result will be displayed on the screen.
  • Candidates will have to check their marks scored out of 200 in each component.

  • The merit rank for NATA 2018 along with percentile score will also be displayed for candidates.

  • Candidates must download their NATA result 2018 and take a print out of the same for future reference.

Normalisation Process in NATA 2018

  • The scores of NATA 2018 qualified candidates applying for admission in the session 2018-19 were normalized.

  • This will only be applicable to be used during counselling and admission procedure.

  • These guidelines are based on statistical analysis and the Council’s decision in this regard will be final.

 

Inter-se-merit in NATA 2018

COA will publish a unified merit list of candidates. During the process of merit listing, candidates will get a unique rank. In case, two or more candidates score the same marks, the procedure mentioned below will be taken into consideration:

  •  Candidate with more overall marks in Mathematics will be considered.

  • In case, the tie still exists candidate having less wrong answers in attempted ones of Mathematics will be considered.

  • If the tie still exists, candidate having more overall marks in problems of Aptitude test will be considered.

  • If the tie is still into existence, candidate having less wrong answers in attempted ones of aptitude test will be given preference.

  • If tie still prevails, candidate older in age will be given priority.

 

NATA Response Sheets 2018

  • COA has released the recorded responses of candidates for Part A on May 16, 2018

  • There is no provision for scrutiny or reviews of the answer sheets/ recorded responses.
