The authority follows certain rules in case two or more candidates have the same marks in COMEDK UGET. The authorities will prepare an inter-se merit to determine the ranks of such candidates. The tie-breaking rule is given below-
In case of a tie, the principle of least negative responses (number of wrong answers) in 1) Physics, 2) Mathematics and 3) Chemistry will be used to provide rank to the candidates.
