    JEE Main Dress Code 2026 Male Candidates

    Male candidates appearing in JEE Main are advised to follow the JEE Main dress code 2026 for males on the day of the exam-

    • Clothes should not have large buttons
    • Candidates must not wear any clothing consisting of metallic items. Metallic items cause problems during frisking and must be avoided.
    • Students are not allowed to wear a cap/ muffler or any cloth over their heads.
    • Candidates must wear lightweight, comfortable clothes to avoid discomfort while writing the exam.

    JEE Main 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

    Students must follow the exam day guidelines of JEE Main 2026.

    • Students are advised to visit the exam venue one day before the exam date to know the route and travel time to avoid unavoidable conditions on exam day.

    • Students must reach the exam venue at least one hour in advance to avoid last-minute hassle.

    • Students must carry their JEE Main 2026 admit card along with one passport-size coloured photograph and a valid photo ID proof.
