UPSEE 2017 - AKTU has released the cutoff of UPSEE 2017 round 4. UPSEE 2017 round 4 cutoff has been released in the form of opening and closing ranks. Earlier, the result of fourth round of seat allotment of UPSEE 2017 was announced on July 24. Check the result from the link below. Candidates can check the UPSEE 2017 seat allotment result by entering their application number, the password that was created at the time of the submission of the UPSEE 2017 application form. Candidates have to verify their documents after registration which is then followed by choice filling and seat allotment. Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU) had earlier announced the result for the third round of seat allotment of UPSEE 2017 on July 16, 2017, while the seat allotment result of round 2 and I of UPSEE 2017 was announced prior to that. UPSEE Result 2017 was released on May 29, 2017. Around 1,69,170 students had registered for the exam and about 1,56,211 candidates appearing for the exam. The first three top rankers have been announced and the details are mentioned below on this page. The entrance exam, UPSEE 2017 was conducted on April 16, 2017. After the exam got over, AKTU released the questions papers and answer keys of UPSEE 2017 on April 16. Candidates seeking admissions to B.Tech programmes in the engineering colleges of Uttar Pradesh were required to appear in UPSEE 2017. Nearly 2 lakh candidates appear every year for this state level engineering entrance exam for admission to 1.50 lakh engineering seats. Candidates who had mistakes in their application form could partially correct the details as per specifications from March 27 to 29, 2017. However, this facility was only available for the registered candidates. The Application form for UPSEE 2017 was available online from January 18, 2017 onwards with the last date for UPSEE application form 2017 being March 20, 2017. Application fee payment was available till March 21 (5 pm).

As per the university norms, out of the total seats available in engineering/architecture domain at private institutions, 10% will be kept open for candidates of other states. Admission to these seats will be done on the basis of combined merit of UPSEE 2017. Along with that, 20% of the total seats available in private institutions will be filled on the basis of JEE Main 2017 merit. Out of these 20 % of seats, half of the total seats will be filled by candidates of UP domicile only and the remaining will be filled by all India merit candidates. What's New in UPSEE 2017?
There is an increase in the UPSEE Application Fees in 2017. An increase of Rs 100 has been notified.
Submission of Aadhaar Card number for registration has been made mandatory.

Cutoff marks for qualifying the exam will be 25% of the marks in the UPSEE exam. For SC/ST candidates it is 20%.
UPSEE Counselling and Seat Allotment 2017
The result of round 4 of seat allotment of UPSEE 2017 has been declared. The result of 3rd round of UPSEE 2017 seat allotment was announced on July 16, 2017. Candidates can check their allotted seats from the link below. Earlier, AKTU had declared the seat allotment result of round II and round I. Only those candidates, who qualify in the UPSEE 2017 exam, are allowed to participate in the counselling. Candidates had to register themselves for UPSEE 2017 counselling till June 25, 2017 and fill their choices till June 28, 2017. Allotment of seats is determined by the University on the basis of the ranks of the candidates and the merit list. Candidates belonging to the general category and OBC have to pay registration fee of Rs 20, 000 while those belonging to SC and ST have to pay Rs 12, 000
During counselling, candidates have to fill their choices and then have to upload the documents online for verification. The first round of choice filling commenced from June 20, 2017. After successful allotment of seat in a college, students will be required to deposit some part of admission fee at the time of registration. Candidates have to download the provisional seat allotment letter, which they have to bring with them at the time of reporting to the allotted institution.
On the day of reporting, they are required to deposit the remaining amount of fee and other charges (if applicable) to complete their admission formalities. In case a candidate does not report to the allotted institute, the fee deposited at the time of registration will not be refunded to him. Seats are allotted to candidates during UPSEE 2017 counselling on the basis of their ranks in the UPSEE entrance exam, in the order of preference given for the seats and availability of seats in the category. There are five rounds of seat allotment for UPSEE 2017. Candidates have the option to freeze, float or withdraw when the seats are allotted to them in different rounds, However, in some rounds of seat allotment of UPSEE, candidates can merely exercise the option of freeze and withdraw. If the candidate fails to exercise the withdraw option in any of the rounds then he/she has to forego his complete registration fee.

UPSEE Admit Card 2017
The UPSEE 2017 admit card is now over. The last date to download the admit card was April 16, 2017. The UPSEE 2017 admit card was available only online. Downloaded admit card shall be treated as valid identity proof for UPSEE 2017. Candidates must check all the details mentioned on UPSEE 2017 Admit Card. In case of any discrepancy in the admit card, candidates must inform it to the university. Personal details of a candidate like name, father's name, category, sub-category etc. along with exam details like exam venue, exam date and exam time will be mentioned on the admit card of UPSEE 2017. UPSEE Eligibility Criteria 2017
Applicants must have studied Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in their 10+2 or equivalent along with any one of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject.
Candidates appearing for admissions to the B.Tech in Biotechnology must have studied Physics & Mathematics OR Biology as mandatory subjects with optional subjects being Chemistry/ Bio-Technology / Technical Vocational subject
All aspirants must have passed their 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised board/university. They must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks (40% aggregate marks for SC/ST Category candidates) without grace in 10+2 or equivalent.
Those candidates, who will be appearing in their 10+2 or equivalent in 2017, can also apply for UPSEE 2017.

UPSEE Application Form 2017
UPSEE 2017 Application correction was available from 10 am on March 27 till 5 pm on March 29, 2017. Only registered candidates can make the changes/updation/corrections. Form is over now, which was available from January 18 to March 20, 2017 till 5 pm. However, registered candidates can pay the application fee till March 21 (5 pm). The application form of UPSEE 2017 was available in online mode only.

Application Fee Payment Mode: The application fee for UPSEE 2017 can be paid online only. To pay the fee, candidates can use Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking.

UPSEE Exam Centres 2017
The list of UPSEE 2017 Exam Centres has been announced in the UPSEE information brochure for the entrance exam. The entrance test will be conducted across 41 centres in the state and 8 centres outside the state in major cities. The total number of the UPSEE Exam Centres 2017 are 49. While the authorities will try to allot the first and primary preference of the candidates, AKTU may allot any one of the three chose centres.An exam centre may also be cancelled in case of unforseen circumstances.

UPSEE Exam Pattern 2017
The UPSEE exam is offline. The Exam Pattern announced by the University is the same as in the year 2017. Candidates will have the question paper in English and Hindi but the English version will be considered as final in case of ambiguity. The paper duration will be for 3 hours. Candidates must use a black or blue ball pen only in the exam.
