It is possible to change your category from General to General EWS during the Session 2 correction window of JEE Main 2025, even if you applied as General in Session 1. However, this is subject to the following conditions: NTA allows category changes: The National Testing Agency (NTA) must explicitly allow category changes during the Session 2 correction window. You should carefully check the official JEE Main 2025 information bulletin and any notifications released by the NTA regarding this. You must have a valid EWS certificate issued by a competent authority. This certificate should meet the eligibility criteria and format specified by the NTA and you must make the category change within the specified dates of the Session 2 correction window. No changes will be allowed after the deadline.
Please do contact the respective authorities or check their website.

Yes, you are eligible for both JEE Mains 2026 and JEE Advanced 2026 because:
JEE Mains : You can attempt for 3 years after 12th (2024, 2025, 2026).
JEE Advanced : You get 2 consecutive attempts (2025 & 2026).
So, if you don’t qualify for Advanced in 2025, you still have a chance in 2026.
All the best!!

Dear
Achieving a 75 percentile in the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET) typically corresponds to an approximate rank between 75,000 and 87,500.
In Mumbai, several engineering colleges accept MHT CET scores. However, securing admission with a 75 percentile may be challenging for highly competitive branches like Computer Science Engineering (CSE) in top-tier institutions. It's advisable to consider a broader range of colleges and engineering disciplines to enhance your admission prospects.
For a more tailored assessment, you might find it helpful to use tools like the MHT CET College Predictor, which estimates your chances of admission based on your MHT CET score.
Additionally, exploring engineering disciplines with relatively lower cutoffs, such as Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, can increase your chances of securing a seat. It's also beneficial to stay updated with the latest cutoff trends and admission notifications by regularly checking official college websites and the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra's official portal.
