TS EAMCET Counselling 2024: TSCHE is conducting the TS EAMCET 2024 counselling registration process for round 2 on July 26, 2024. The authority has updated the TS EAMCET counselling 2024 registration link on the official website, tgeapcet.nic.in. The authority will conduct the certificate verification for slot-booked candidates on July 27, 2024. The Telangana EAMCET counselling process comprises registration, document verification, exercising of web options, seat allotment, and reporting to the allotted institute. Candidates who qualified the TS EAMCET exam are eligible to participate in the counselling process. The TS EAMCET 2024 web option for round 2 will be conducted from July 27 to 28, 2024.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2024 - Step-by-Step Procedure
The authority is conducting the TS EAMCET 2024 counselling in online mode. Students must complete all the counselling processes per the schedule to be considered for admission. Follow the steps mentioned below to know the counselling process.
Step 1- Payment of TS EAMCET Counselling Fees: Students have to pay counselling registration fees as the first step for participating in EAMCET counselling 2024. Candidates can pay fees in online mode using a credit/debit card or internet banking of any nationalised bank. Students of the unreserved category have to pay Rs.1200 while reserved category candidates have to pay Rs.600. The procedure to pay TS EAMCET counselling fees 2024 is as follows.
- Visit the TS EAMCET 2024 counselling official website- tgeapcet.nic.in.
- Click on the “Processing Fee Payment” link
- Enter the TS EAMCET 2024 hall ticket number and rank
- Click on the “Pay Fees” link
- Select the mode of payment
- Enter the required credentials for credit/debit card or net banking
- Click on the “Make Payment” button to pay the fees
Students will receive an SMS mentioning their payment reference number and a confirmation message of successful fee payment. Students will also be required to select a date for document verification at this stage.
Step 2- Certificate Verification: Students have to report to the EAMCET 2024 help centres for document verification as per the date and schedule selected. Students visiting the help centres have to carry all documents of educational qualification, category (if claiming reservation), other relevant documents, TS EAMCET hall ticket 2024 and receipt of fee payment. Candidates will be issued the receipt of document verification after successful verification post which they can proceed with registration and exercising web options.
List of Documents Required During TS EAMCET Counselling 2024
Below is the list of documents to be carried out while reporting to the allotted institute during the TS EAMCET counselling 2024.
- TS EAMCET 2024 rank card
- TS EAMCET hall ticket 2024
- Aadhaar Card
- Mark Sheets of all classes from class 6 onward to qualifying degree
- Transfer Certificate (T.C) from school last attended
- Intermediate or its equivalent Memo-cum-Pass Certificate
- Income Certificate issued after 01.01.2024 (if applicable)
- Caste Certificate issued by competent authority ( if applicable)
- Residence certificate of either of parents in Telangana for 10 years in case of Non-Local candidates.
- Physically Challenged (PH) / Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) / NCC/Sports / Minority certificate if applicable.
- Residence certificate in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education.
Documents Required by PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates
- PH-certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with 40% and above disability are considered eligible
- CAP-certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer - Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of in-service men) issued by the Competent Authority for verification.
- NCC & Sports - Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
- Minorities - SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the headmaster
- Anglo-Indian - Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence
Step 3- Registration: Candidates have to continue registration after document verification. The following steps will be involved in the registration
- Open TS EAMCET 2024 counselling website, tgeapcet.nic.in.
- Click on the “Candidate Registration” link
- Enter your Registration Number received on mobile, TS EAMCET hall ticket number 2024, Rank in the entrance exam, and date of birth.
- Click on “Generate Password”
- The candidate will see their details on the screen, verify all the details, and create a password of their choice for future login
- Click on the “Save Password” button to complete the registration process.
- Candidates will see a “Registration Successful” message post-completion of registration.
Step 4- Option Entry: Students have to log in to their candidate portal using their registration number and password to exercise web options. At the time of exercising web options, candidates will have to fill in their choices of colleges in order of preference. The following steps will help candidates in exercising the web options
- Visit the TS EAMCET counselling 2024 official website, tgeapcet.nic.in.
- Click on the “Candidate Login” link
- Login using your registration number, password, hall ticket number, and date of birth
- An OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number
- Enter the OTP and click on the “Click Here for Option Entry” button to exercise web options
- Select the district in which the college is located
- Click on the “Display Option Entry Form” button
- Enter choices of colleges in order of preference and
- After filling in all choices candidates have to save their options which will be locked for seat allotment
Step 5- Allotment of Seats: TSCHE authority will allot seats to candidates who fill choices within the specified dates. The seat allotment is done based on candidates' scores in TS EAMCET 2024 and choices filled. Students have to log in to their candidate login using to check the allotment status. Candidates who are allotted a seat have to download their provisional seat allotment letter from their portal and visit the allotted institute to complete the further admission process.
Step 6- Reporting to Allotted Institute: Candidates have to visit the allotted institute within specified dates along with a provisional seat allotment letter and all required documents. Students must note that they must report to the allotted institute within specified dates failing which their admission to the institute will be cancelled.
Eligibility Criteria for TS EAMCET Admission 2024
Candidates have to meet the minimum eligibility criteria of TS EAMCET 2024 for admission to the participating institutes.
- Students applying for TS EAMCET 2024 should be Indian National/ Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) / Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holders.
- Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana/Andhra Pradesh.
- Students must be 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission and an upper age limit of 22 years for all the candidates and 25 years in respect of scheduled caste and scheduled tribe candidates as of 31st December of the year of admission.
- Candidates should have passed the 12th standard with at least 45% marks(40% for reserved category) or equivalent with Mathematics, Physics along Chemistry/Biology as optional or related vocational courses in the fields of Engineering and Technology.
