According to the official notification, the session 2 JEE Main 2026 exam will be conducted on April 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, 2026. The JEE Main city allotment slip has already been released on March 22, 2026. And the JEE Main session 2 registration was reopened from March 12 to 13, 2026. NTA conducted the JEE Main session 2 registration from February 1 to 25, 2026 online. The authority has concluded the session 1 of JEE Main 2026 registration process on November 27, 2025. The authority will allow candidates to apply for both sessions of the JEE Main 2026 exam separately. Once candidates submit their application form, they will also be allowed to edit certain details in the application. Hence, candidates should also be aware of the JEE Main 2026 form correction dates. However, the session 1 form correction window was closed on December 2, 2025.

NTA issued the session 2 city slip on March 21, 2026. The JEE Main 2026 city slip 2026 for session 1 was out on January 8, 2026.The city intimation slip for JEE Main can be downloaded from the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in by logging in using the candidate's credentials. The exam city and exam date will be mentioned on the JEE Main 2026 city slip.
NTA issued the JEE Main 2026 session 2 admit card for the April 2 & 4 exams on March 29, 2026. Candidates whose applications have been accepted by the authority will only be issued the admit card. Session 1 of JEE Main 2026 results have been released on February 16, 2026, while paper 2 results were declared on February 24, 2026. Candidates will be able to apply for admission based on the JEE Main 2026 result.
