The authority conducted the JCECE counselling 2025 in online mode. Candidates need to register online as per the JCECE 2025 counselling dates. The authority will conduct three general rounds of JCECE counselling, followed by two special rounds of counselling. Candidates listed in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process.
JCECE 2025 Counselling: Candidates will be called for counselling based on their ranks on the merit list. Candidates can refer to the following steps to know the detailed JCECE counselling 2025 process-
Step 1: Selection of Course/Institutes- Candidates have to select the institute and course /stream from the available options in order of their preference.
Step 2: Payment of JCECE 2025 Counselling Fees- After choice filling, candidates will have to pay the counselling fee in the following modes:

Credit/debit cards using swipe machine

Step 3: JCECE Seat Allotment 2025- The authorities allot the seats on the basis of the merit rank and preferences selected by the candidates and the availability of seats. Candidates who are allotted seats through the JCECE seat allotment have to pay the admission fees of Rs. 1000 to confirm their admission. After paying the fees, the candidates have to collect their provisional seat allotment letter and report to the allotted college. The remaining fees have to be paid by the candidates at the allotted college.
Step 4: Document Verification- Candidates have to produce the requisite documents, both original and photocopies for verification.
After the seats are allotted, the candidates have to confirm their admission or participate in the next round of JCECE counselling. Those candidates who are satisfied with their JCECE seat allotment have to report to their respective institutes for document verification and payment of tuition fees.
