The authority will conduct the AP ECET 2026 counselling on the official website, ecet-sche.aptonline.in. All the qualified candidates will be able to participate in the AP ECET 2026 counselling process as per the scheduled date and time. Eligibility requires candidates to achieve at least 25% aggregate marks (50 marks out of 200), with no minimum qualifying marks for SC/ST candidates. The authority will conduct the counselling of AP ECET 2026 in several rounds.

How to Apply for the AP ECET Counselling 2026

Step 1: Fee Payment -

• Candidates need to pay the required processing fee through the online mode i.e credit cards, debit cards or net banking.

• They have to visit the official website of AP ECET 2026 and click on the “processing fee payment online” link.

• Candidates have to enter the hall ticket number, rank, and captcha code and then click on the “Pay fee online” button.

• Now, they have to select their preferred online payment mode and make a payment.

• Finally, take a printout of the same.

Step 2: Certificate Verification -

• Candidates have to visit the helpline centre for the document verification process and will have to follow these steps.

• They will have to provide the AP ECET 2026 rank card to the exam authorities at the helpline centre.

• After that, they have to fill out the registration-cum-verification form, which includes the hall ticket number, rank, etc.

• Finally, they will have to wait until the publication by the officer at the registration counter for certificate verification.

Step 3: Candidates have to make sure that all the information entered by them in the application form is perfect. If a candidate belongs to the open category (OC), then he/she will have to report in person directly to the certificate verification officer. Other candidates will have to submit the caste certificate of SC/ST/BC. The exam authorities at the helpline centre will check the original certificates like hall tickets, study certificates, marks memos, rank card, Income certificates, etc. They are advised to collect the manual option form for future use.

Step 4: Candidates need to next fill in the college code, district code, and course code in the manual option form. Later, the exam authorities release the seat allotment list based on rank, local area, reservation category, etc. in the order of preference.

Step 5: Now, the candidates will have to open the web browser. They will have to click on the “candidate’s registration” button and enter the required details such as registration number, hall ticket no, date of birth, and rank as printed in the certificate verification. Log in by using the registration number & password and click on the ‘option entry’ button and also, enter the other necessary details.

Step 6: Lastly, the exam authorities release the seat allotment result and candidates can check the list by logging into the official website. The authorities release the seat allotment list based on the rank secured by the candidate, preference, and seat availability.

Step 7: Qualified candidates must report to the allotted centre/college for offline document verification and finally admission process. It is mandatory to report to the designated centre.

The authority will conduct the AP ECET spot round counselling 2026 if seats remain vacant after other rounds of counselling. Candidates will be notified by APSCHE in case of spot-round counselling.

Total vacancies for Institutional spot admissions = Vacant seats at the end of the final phase of counselling + Number not reported from the list of allotted candidates + Number reported but withdrew after the final phase of counselling.

AP ECET 2026 Spot Round Counselling - Processing Fee

What are the steps to follow during the AP ECET spot round counselling 2026?

• Visit the official website for spot admission.

• Log in by using the user ID and password.

• Upload all the spot admissions details as prescribed by the exam authorities.

• Candidates will have to submit the list of choices for acceptance by Engineering/Pharmacy Colleges to the Chairman, APSCHE on or before the last date.

AP ECET 2026 Admission - Order of preference while giving admissions

• For admission into the courses in Information Technology (IT) and Computer Science and Engineering (CSE), the exam authorities will prefer the candidates who have studied IT and CSE, respectively.

• For admission into the UG course in Textile Technology, the exam authorities will prefer the candidates who have passed in Diploma in Textile Technology (Design & Manufacturing) and Textile Technology (Knitting).

• For admission into the UG courses in Bio-Technology, authorities will prefer the candidates who have secured the Diploma in Bio-Technology.

• Qualified candidates with BSc degrees will be considered for admission only after filling all branches of Diploma holders.
