Focus and Efficiency: A large syllabus can be intimidating to study. Concentrating on crucial subjects facilitates effective time and resource management. It enables candidates to focus on topics that are more important and likely to come up in the test.
Maximized Scoring Opportunities: JEE Main has a limited number of questions, and focusing on important topics increases the chances of encountering familiar concepts during the exam. Scoring well in these areas can significantly boost the overall score.
Strategic Preparation: By understanding the exam pattern and weightage given to different topics, aspirants can strategically plan their preparation. Prioritizing important topics enables a more targeted and effective study approach.
Comprehensive Understanding: Aspirants explore more basic ideas while concentrating on significant subjects. In addition to helping with direct queries, this deeper comprehension is useful in solving more complicated problems that may require several concepts.
Time Management: Given the time constraints of the exam, a focused approach allows candidates to allocate their study time wisely. It prevents spending excessive time on less important topics, ensuring a balanced preparation.
Confidence Boost: Mastering important topics instills confidence in aspirants. Feeling well-prepared in these areas can alleviate exam anxiety and empower candidates to approach the test with a positive mindset.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Thermal physics covers an important range of topics like heat, heat transfer, thermodynamics, kinetic theory, and statistical mechanics. Every year it covers a good number of questions.
There are a few things you need to avoid making mistakes in the JEE Main Exam. First, you should start studying early to build up the concepts, and second, start practicing more and more.

Hello,
You passed your Class 12 (Intermediate) from UP Board in
2024
.
As per
JEE Advanced rules
, a candidate can appear
only in the year of Class 12 passing and the next consecutive year
Eligible years for you were 2024 and 2025
You already appeared in 2025
2026 is not allowed
Your health issue does not change this rule.
You can still take JEE Main again in 2026 , but not JEE Advanced.
Hope it helps !
Cracking jee main in 15 days is a challenging task that depends heavily on your current level of preparation and how effectively you utilize the remaining time. the preparation strategy highlighted by experts suggests focusing on a high-yield revision plan that prioritizes the most important chapters in physics, chemistry, and mathematics rather than trying to learn new concepts. according to the insights from ramesh batlish of fiitjee, success in this short window requires a disciplined routine involving the solving of previous year question papers and taking full-length mock tests to build exam temperament and time management skills. prioritizing topics like coordinate geometry in maths, organic chemistry, and modern physics can help maximize your score as these often carry significant weightage. while it may not be enough to master the entire syllabus, a strategic and focused effort can certainly help you improve your percentile and secure a qualifying score. for a detailed day-wise plan and expert tips on managing the final two weeks, you can refer to the full article here: https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-2025-last-15-days-preparation-strategy-ramesh-batlish-managing-partner-and-head-fiitjee-noida
