SITEEE Eligibility Criteria 2025

The authority released the eligibility criteria of SITEEE 2025 online. The eligibility criteria are the minimum conditions to appear for the SIT engineering entrance exam. Below is the SITEEE eligibility criteria based on the previous year information.

For Indian Candidates

For Foreign Candidates

  • Students must have passed class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and any one among Chemistry/ Biology/ Biotechnology/ Technical Vocational Subject

  • Students must have obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate in class 12 ( 40% for candidates of reserved category)

  • There is no restriction on age or number of attempts to appear in SITEEE 2023.

  • Students must have eligibility of international students as per SCIE norms

  • Students must have passed class 12 or its equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and anyone among Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical/Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies

  • Students must have obtained at least 45% marks in aggregate in class 12 ( 40% for candidates of reserved category)


SITEEE Eligibility Criteria for Students from International Boards/Cambridge

  • Candidates seeking admission to different B.Tech courses should have passed in minimum of five subjects including English.
