NTA has activated the JEE Main registration 2026 link for session 2 on February 1, 2026. Go to the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in. for the JEE Main form registration link. • First of all, find the NTA JEE Mains form on the official website, jeemain.nta.nic.in 2026 registration

• Complete the new registration process by choosing a mode of login and identification for submission of the application form. Followed by providing details such as name, mobile number, and email address.

• JEE Main application login details, which are, application number and password, will be given via sms or email.

• Now the next step is filling in the JEE Mains 2026 registration form.

• Fill the form with personal and educational details as per the certificates.

• The authority has introduced three new sections in the JEE Main application form, namely, Disability details, Identity details and Live photo capture. Candidates must provide the correct data relevant to them.

Documents Required for JEE Mains 2026 Registration

• Valid email and mobile number for NTA messages.

• Upload a Class 10 certificate only; Class 12 is not required.

• Aadhaar card details are needed.

• A scanned photo and signature are required.

• Only details of the OBC-NCL/EWS certificate are needed; no upload is required.

• For candidates with physical disabilities, upload the PwD/PwBD certificate PDF during the JEE form fill-up (PwD/PwBD certificate should be issued in the prescribed format by the Government of India).

• November 27, 12:07 AM: The JEE Main 2026 registration session 2 will start in February 2026. In case candidates miss the JEE Main 2026 session 1 registration, they can apply for the session 2 JEE Main registration.
  
• November 27, 11:16 AM: The last date for JEE Mains 2026 registration is today, November 27, 2025. Candidates must complete the JEE application process for session 1 today by 9 pm. Since the JEE Main 2026 application portal for session 1 will be closed.

• November 19, 5:37 AM: Identity Details at JEE Main 2026 Registration. Candidates must make sure that all details in the Aadhaar Card are updated. Ensure that your name, date of birth (as per Class 10 certificate), photograph, address and father's name are correct in the Aadhaar Card. While filling in the identity details at JEE Main registration, candidates must upload a soft copy of their Identity card (if not using Aadhaar or Digilocker).
  
• November 19, 5:19 PM: Disability Details at JEE Main 2026 Registration. Candidates who are physically disabled are required to upload the PwD/PwBD certificate PDF during the JEE Main 2026 form fill-up (PwD/PwBD certificate should be issued in the prescribed format by the Government of India).

• November 19, 4:54 PM: Live Photo Capture at JEE Main Registration 2026 is a new section added as a part of a security measure against fraud. For JEE Main registration live photo capture, candidates must ensure that the background is light-colored with proper lighting, and 80% of their face (including ears, without a mask) is visible.
  

• November 19, 4:01 PM: JEE Main 2026 registration New Advisory and Instructions has included three new sections in the JEE Main application form, namely, Disability details, Identity details and Live photo capture. Candidates must follow the new JEE Main 2026 advisory as instructed.
