GATE 2026 Category Wise Cut Off: IIT Ghuwati will release the GATE cutoff 2026 on the official website, gate2026.iitg.ac.in. These cut-off marks show the minimum qualifying marks needed to pass the exam. However, candidates must understand that qualifying marks are different from admission cutoffs for IITs and NITs. The GATE exam was conducted in February. As the GATE result 2026 has been announced on March 19, 2026, by IIT Ghuwati. Candidates who appeared in the GATE exam must check the cutoff and previous year data so that they can estimate their chance of selection. The GATE cutoff 2026 depends on the category of the candidates and the branch to which they have applied.
After checking their results, candidates should analyse their ranks, explore college options, and prepare for counselling. Using tools like college predictors and cut-off analysis can help in making informed decisions about future academic pathways.
