Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2019 - Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) had released the application form of Karnataka PGCET 2019 on May 30. All candidates had to register for the entrance examination till June 29, 2019. While filling Karnataka PGCET 2019 application form, the candidates had to provide valid personal, academic and communication details. The required documents as per the correct specifications also had to be uploaded in Karnataka PGCET application form 2019. Only one exam centre could be selected while filling the application form. Incorrect and invalid applications were not accepted. Unregistered candidates were not able to participate in Karnataka PGCET. GATE qualified candidates did not have to attempt the entrance exam but had to fill the application form of Karnataka PGCET 2019. What to Keep Ready Before Filling Karnataka PGCET 2019 Application Form

The candidates were advised to keep the listed documents ready before filling the application form of Karnataka PGCET 2019. This allowed the candidates to quickly and accurately fill the application form.

Steps to Fill Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2019

The given steps could be followed by the candidates to fill and submit the application form of Karnataka PGCET 2019:


Step 1 - Registration: Firstly, the candidates had to register for the entrance examination. The following details had to be submitted to be registered:

  • Citizenship

  • Name of the candidate

  • Candidate’s father and mother’s name

  • Gender

  • Date of Birth

  • Email Address

  • Password

  • Course or Subject applying for

  • Valid mobile number

  • Secret Question


The application number was generated after the details were submitted. The candidates were advised to keep the application number since it was required later.


Step 2 - Filling of Application Form: After registration, the candidates had to log into their account and fill the application form of Karnataka PGCET 2019. The following details had to be submitted by the candidates:

  • Academic Info: The candidates had to provide their qualifying examination, obtained marks, name of the institute, year of passing and more information.

  • GATE 2019 Score: Those candidates who have qualified GATE 2019 had to submit their score. The score card also had to be uploaded in the prescribed format.

  • Test Centre: One exam centre had to be selected as per preference.

  • Personal Information: The candidates had to submit details such as their gender, category, PwD certificate, nationality, correspondence address and contact details.


Step 3 - Upload Image/Documents: Next, the candidates had to upload the scanned images of their photograph, signature and thumb impression as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities.


Step 4 - Submission of Karnataka PGCET 2019 Application Form: The candidates had to review the application form and accept the terms in the declaration. Submission of the application form had to be done. No changes could be done after the application form was submitted.


Step 5 - Payment of Application Fee: Next, the candidates had to deposit the application fee. Payment of the fee could be done in online (net banking/credit card/debit card) and offline (cash at any branch of State Bank of Mysore). The payment status could be checked once the transaction was completed.

Important Points of Karnataka PGCET Application Form 2019

  • The authorities had released the application form of Karnataka PGCET 2019 in online mode.

  • Only one exam centre could be selected by the candidates while filling the application form.

  • GATE qualified candidates was eligible for direct admission, however, they were required to fill the application form.

  • At least two printouts of the filled application form had to be taken out for future use.

  • All of the scanned images had to be uploaded as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities.

The registered candidates were able to download the admit card in online mode. The application number and date of birth had to be submitted by the candidates to access the admit card. All candidates were required to bring the admit card to the examination hall centre.

yes jain college for mca and mba accepts karnataka post graduate entrance test score. after clearing the entrance exam you need to go for counselling process. the basic eligibility criteria for mba admission is you need to have a graduation degree in any discipline with 50% marks from a recognized university or institute.
