TS PGECET Exam Pattern and Syllabus 2026 - JNTU Hyderabad has published the TS PGECET 2026 exam pattern and syllabus on the official website, pgecet.tgche.ac.in. The exam pattern includes the details about the total marks, the number of questions, the marking scheme, etc. The exam duration is 2 hours, with a total of 120 MCQs and 120 marks. JNTUH has released the TS PGECET 2026 exam pattern online. The test will be held as a computer-based exam. As per the exam pattern of TS PGECET, there are two sections in the exam. A total of 120 questions will be asked in the question paper, with each question having four options from which candidates have to choose the correct one. The exam will be conducted for 2 hours i.e. for 120 minutes only. There will be no negative marking for incorrect responses in the exam.
