CCMT Reporting Centres / Help Centres 2019 - The admission authority of Centralized Counselling for M.Tech (CCMT) will establish reporting centres and help centres of CCMT 2019 for candidates who are applying for admission. CCMT 2019 reporting centres and help centres are the college or institutes where candidates will have to report during seat allotment process to get their documents verified and also to get answers to their queries with respect to CCMT admission. Candidates who have qualified GATE entrance examination will have to fill their preferred choice of college and course during counselling of CCMT 2019. Candidates will be allotted seat on the basis of entered course and college, availability of seat and rank secured in merit list of GATE 2019. Candidates will have to report to CCMT 2019 reporting centres and help centres for the process of document verification in person. Thereafter, candidates will have to pay their admission fees and complete other formalities at reporting centres and help centres of CCMT 2019. National Institute of Technology (NIT) Rourkela along with CFTIs will be conducting CCMT 2019 admission for candidates who wish to pursue their M.Tech programmes. Application form of CCMT 2019 will be available from first week of April until second week of May.

CCMT Reporting Centres and Help Centres 2019

All category candidates taking part in counselling process will have to first pay the seat acceptance fees amounting to Rs. 20,000 before they report to CCMT 2019 reporting centres and help centres. Candidates will have to get their documents verified and submit the proof of payment when reporting to listed reporting centres and help centres of CCMT 2019. Candidates must specify their willingness when they report at CCMT 2019 reporting centres & help centres as listed below:

  • Floating: Candidates who wish to get upgraded to higher preferred choices in terms of college and course will have to select this option

  • Sliding: Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted college but wish to get upgraded to higher preferred course will have to select this option

  • Freezing: Candidates who are satisfied with the allotted course and college and do not wish to participate in further rounds of counselling can select this option

Document Required at CCMT 2019 Reporting Centres and Help Centres

Candidates reporting to allotted reporting centres and help centres of CCMT 2019 will have to come along with all required original documents and a self-attested set of photocopies for the document verification process. After successful document verification, candidates will be issued a Document Verification Certificate (DVC) at the reporting centre. Following documents will be required at the time of document verification process:

  • Self attested GATE score card

  • Three colored passport size photographs

  • Print out of the registration form and locked choices

  • Provisional seat allotment letter

  • Photo ID Proof

  • Class 10th certificate/marksheet as a proof of date of birth

  • Class 12th marksheet/certificate

  • Original grade/mark sheet of qualifying examination of all semesters.

  • Original degree/provisional certificate, if degree is completed.

  • Category certificate

  • PwD Certificate (if applicable)

  • Payment receipt of Acceptance fee

  • Migration certificate

  • Conduct, transfer and course completion certificate from the Head of the institute last attended

  • One set of self attested photocopies of all the original documents
