CCMT Reporting Centres and Help Centres 2018 - The reporting centres and help centres of CCMT 2018 are the institutes or colleges where candidates will be required to report after seat allotment for M.Tech programmes. Candidates will have to visit CCMT 2018 reporting centres and help centres for document verification purpose. The qualified candidates of GATE entrance exam will get admission through CCMT, the common counselling process. CCMT 2018 will be organized by any of the NITs for admission to M.Tech programmes offered by them and CFTIs. The allotment of seats will be held in three rounds tentatively from second week of May to second week of June 2018. Candidates will have to visiting the CCMT reporting centres and help centres 2018 during this process.

Before visiting CCMT reporting centres/ help centres 2018, candidates will be required to pay the Seat Acceptance Fee of Rs 20,000 (for all categories). Candidates who are allotted seats will be required to report at any of the listed centres and produce the proof of their payment at the time of reporting. Candidates will be given the provision of specifying their willingness at the time of reporting, which is as follows :
Floating: Candidates who are willing to be considered for higher preferred choices in terms of programme and colleges will have to choose this option.
Sliding: Candidates who are willingness to be considered for higher preferred choices in terms of programme within the institute will have to choose this option.
Freezing: Candidates willingness to remain in the allotted programme and institute will have to choose this option.

Document Verification at CCMT 2018 Reporting Centres and Help Centres
Candidates will be required to verify all of their documents at the reporting centres/ help centres of CCMT 2018. After verification by the authorities, a Document Verification Certificate (DVC) will be issued to the candidates at the centre. Candidates will have to submit the following documents for verification :
Self attested copy of GATE score card
Three colour passport size photograph
Print out of the registration form and locked choices
Provisional seat allotment letter downloaded from CCMT website
Photo ID Proof
Original Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority/ Class X (High School) Board Certificate as proof of date of birth
Original 12th standard mark sheet
Original grade/mark sheet of qualifying examination of all semesters.
Original degree/provisional certificate, if degree is completed.
Original Category certificate
Original Persons with Disability Certificate (if applicable)
Proof of payment of seat acceptance fee
Original migration certificate from last institute attended
Original conduct, transfer and course completion certificate from the Head of the institute last attended
