AP PGECET Application Form 2019 - Andhra University has closed the application form of AP PGECET 2019 on April 18. All candidates who wish to participate in the M.Tech admission process had to fill and submit the AP PGECET 2019 application form. The last date to fill the application form of AP PGECET 2019 without late fees was April 5 while with late fee, it was April 18. The application correction facility was open till April 10, 2019. All the personal, academic and contact details submitted during registration for AP PGECET had to be valid in nature. The preferred exam centres also had to be selected in the AP PGECET application form 2019. Before filling the application form of AP PGECET 2019, the candidates had to pay the required fee through online mode or AP online centres. Candidates were required to keep the following things ready before filling the application form of AP PGECET 2019. By keeping the documents ready with them, the candidates were able to refer while filling the application form. The scanned copies of the photograph and signature had to be uploaded as per the specifications mentioned by the authorities.

Procedure to Fill AP PGECET Application Form 2019

Candidates were allowed to fill the application form of AP PGECET 2019 till April 18. While filling the application form, all correct information had to be submitted. The eligibility criteria had to be checked by the candidates before commencing the registration process.

Step 1 - Application Fee Payment: First of all, the candidates had to pay the application fee of AP PGECET 2019. The payment had to be done through online mode i.e., net banking/credit card/debit card) or by visiting any of the AP Online Centres. Without the payment, the candidates were not able to move forward in the application process. Those candidates who chose the online payment mode had to keep the transaction ID safely for future use. If payment was done through AP Online Centres, then the candidates had to submit the following details:

  • Name of the candidate

  • Date of birth

  • Qualifying exam hall ticket number

  • Mobile Number

  • Alternate Mobile Number

  • Email ID

  • Name of the qualifying degree (B.E./B.Tech/AMIE/M.Sc/MCA etc)

  • Specialization in qualifying degree

  • Eligible papers in AP PGECET 2019

  • Fee to be paid

Step 2 - Registration: After the fee was paid, the candidates had to register. Login had to be done by the candidates using the given credentials:

Step 3 - Filling of Application Form: Next, the candidates had to provide their personal, academic and contact information. All submitted information had to be valid and in accordance with the documents possessed by the candidates.

Step 4 - Uploading of Documents: After filling the application form, the candidates had to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature. Specifications of the documents to be uploaded should have been met by the candidates. Inability to upload the required documents made the candidates unable to proceed with the application process. A preview of the filled application form was available after the documents were uploaded. Candidates could check the preview and make the necessary changes where required.

Step 5 - Submission of Filled Application Form: Lastly, the candidates had to submit the filled application form of AP PGECET 2019. After the submission, a registration number was generated which had to be kept safe for future use. The candidates had to take a print out of the application form which has to be later produced at the examination centre along with the hall ticket.

Correction Facility of AP PGECET 2019 Application Form

Candidates who filled the application form of AP PGECET 2019 could make the corrections of some of the filled details till April 10. There were two ways as to how the candidates could make the necessary changes.

Category 1 - There were certain details which could not be changed through the correction facility. For these changes, the candidates had to give a written request to the Convener, AP PGECET 2019 through email with valid documents. Candidates had to provide their AP PGECET 2019 registration number and name in the email. Corrections were done after verifying with the submitted valid documents.

What after AP PGECET Application Form 2019?

Candidates who register for the entrance examination had to download the hall ticket of AP PGECET 2019 from April 25. The hall ticket had to be downloaded and kept safely by the candidates since it was required at the examination centre. without the admit card, the candidates were not allowed to enter the exam centre. The hall ticket were available only in online mode.

THere is no information regarding convener quota. please contact with the particular college if admission is now possible or not.

We cannot specify particular companies which may show interest on the students with APPGCET, it totally depends on the company in the market and criteria those companies expect from the young graduates. Yes, you will surely get your refund.

According to AICTE :
In The Event Of A Student Withdrawing Before The Starting Of The Course, The Entire Fee Collected From The Student, After A Deduction Of The Processing Fee Of Not More Than Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) Shall Be Refunded By The Institution. It Would Not Be Permissible For Institutions To Retain The School / Institution Leaving Certificates In Original.
Fee Refund Along With The Return Of Certificates Should Be Completed Within 7 Days.

Andhra University has released the AP PGECET eligibility criteria for admission to all M.Tech courses. As per the eligibility criteria, Candidates must have completed their qualifying exam of B.E./ B.Tech successfully with minimum 50% marks (5% relaxation for reserved category).
But you have completed B.Sc nursing degree, thus makes you unable to sit for Ap pgecet exam.


how much stipend will i get, if i qualified ap pgecet?

Hi Jyothi,

Only the students who have qualified All India Gate Examination are entitled to a stipend of Rs.12,800 from All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE). The students who take admission based upon AP PGECET scores alone are not entitled to any stipend from AICTE however, they are entitled to getting a tuition fee waiver from the Andhra Pradesh & Telangana Government but that's applicable only to SC/ ST candidates below a certain age as mentioned by the government. Some universities award some of their students with some scholarships or one time stipends but that's totally based upon the discretion of the authorities.
