see at this score you have very less chances for iits in core engineering stream, however cutoff score changes every year and it depends on number of participants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix etc. you have decent chances for ms courses in iit guwahati or iit mandi, you may also apply for jadavpur university, bits, vit vellore, sastra university, anna university colleges.

see psus recruitment comes very less for cse candidates through gate exam, and below of 60 score less chances of psu. however you may apply for m.tech courses in jadavpur university, north east nits, vit vellore, psg coimbatore. also I suggest you to apply for bitshd and vitmee exam.
