GATE Qualifying Cutoff Analysis
The qualifying GATE cutoff 2020 has seen many changes. Some papers have seen a huge increase in the cutoff marks while some have lowered cutoffs. Only Mathematics has seen no changes. Students who have emerged as the GATE 2020 toppers can strive their way to jobs in PSU. Students with valid GATE scores are recruited as entry level trainee engineer in many PSUs like GAIL, BHEL, DRDO, ISRO with high salary.
Students who have qualified GATE with a valid score can take admission in courses like M.Tech/M.E./Phd in institutes like IITs, NITs, IIITs and many other institutes. Students admitted in these institutes with GATE score are also entitled for a fellowship by MHRD, Govt of India. Students have to apply for COAP for IIT M.Tech admission, and for NITs admission, candidates have to apply for CCMT apart from applying to the respective institute.

Mean value theorems, Theorems of integral calculus, Evaluation of definite and improper integrals, Partial Derivatives, Maxima and minima, Multiple integrals, Fourier series. Vector identities, Directional derivatives, Line, Surface and Volume integrals, Stokes, Gauss and Green’s theorems.
First order equation (linear and nonlinear), Higher order linear differential equations with constant coefficients, Method of variation of parameters, Cauchy’s and Euler’s equations, Initial and boundary value problems, PartialDifferential Equations, Method of separation of variables
Analytic functions, Cauchy’s integral theorem and integral formula, Taylor’s and Laurent’ series, Residue theorem, solution integrals.
Probability and Statistics:
Sampling theorems, Conditional probability, Mean, median, mode and standard deviation, Random variables, Discrete and continuous distributions, Poisson, Normal and Binomial distribution, Correlation and regression analysis.
Solutions of non-linear algebraic equations, single and multi-step methods for differential equations.
Fourier transform, Laplace transform, Z-transform.

Sorry, to dissapoint you that your gate score is not very high to fetch much option for further studies. According to last year cutoff you may get Bioscience and Bioengineering at IIT Jodhpur.
