Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 - DTE officials has declared the final merit of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 in online mode. The exam authorities have released the provisional merit of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 on July 16 based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying exam; they can challenge the provisional list if one has any grievances till July 20. The final Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 merit list will be published on July 22 and will be the basis of counselling and seat allotment. Application form of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 was open in online mode from June 12. Eligible candidates had to duly fill the Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 application form on or before July 13, 2019 (extended). DTE Rajasthan will conduct the Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 admission process for admitting candidates to engineering diploma courses in polytechnic institutes in the state. Rajasthan Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria 2019

Candidates will be considered for admission to diploma engineering courses only if they meet the prescribed eligibility criteria of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019. Among important Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 eligibility criteria, the candidates need to meet include that of age limit, qualifying exam passed and also minimum marks.

Eligibility Criteria of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019

  • Academic Qualification - The candidate needs to have scored a minimum of 35% marks in Class X exam. The candidate also should score pass marks in Science and Mathematics subjects individually.

  • Age Limit - There is no lower or upper age limit.

Rajasthan Polytechnic Application Form 2019

Admission authorities have released the online application form of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 from June 12. Eligible candidates must duly fill Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 application form using correct and verifiable data, and submit it before July 3. In such cases the candidate is found sharing misleading data, he/she may be disqualified from the admission process. The application process given here is for reference purpose only.

Steps to fill Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 Application Form

Step 1- Registration

To start the registration process, follow the application link and then select Polytechnic admission. Next, select the 1st-year option and click on Apply Online tab. The registration form will open where the candidate will have to enter the following details:

  • Name of candidate

  • Name of father and mother

  • Mobile number

  • Date of birth

  • Mobile number

  • Email id

  • Category and caste candidate belongs to

  • Finally, click on the Submit button

Upon successful registration, the candidate will receive a Unique Registration Number at the registered mobile number.

Step 2 - Filling of Application Form

Using the registration number, the candidate will be able to login to the application account to access the application form. The Rajasthan Polytechnic application form will have various sections (divided under different tabs) like last qualifying exam details, academic, personal and communication details. All of these sections have to be duly filled.

Last qualifying exam details

In this section (or tab) candidate will have to enter details of qualifying exam like aggregate and subject-wise marks. Candidates from CBSE backgrounds have to enter their aggregate CGPA obtained, GP obtained in Science and Maths.

Address Details

The candidate has to enter complete address details, like the name of the village, tehsil, district, state, pin code, etc.

Bank Details

The candidate will have to fill bank details, including the name of the bank, IFSC code, account number etc.

Other details

  • Family income

  • Aadhaar card number, etc.

Step 3 - Uploading of documents

In this step, photograph, signature and other relevant documents will have to be uploaded in the prescribed format as shown in the table below.

Step 4 - Filling of Choices

The candidate has to next fill choices of colleges and branches using the Option Form. Choices should be entered in the order of priority; also, one must enter as many choices as possible to increase one’s chances of admission. The candidate will be able to edit the entered options before submission of the application, but afterwards, no modification would be possible.

Step 5 - Payment of Application Fee

The application fee is Rs. 300 (non-refundable) which can be paid in both online and offline modes. To make the payment offline, the candidate will have to first generate the e-challan.

Step 6 - Take a printout of submitted application form

The candidate has to take a printout of the completed application form to complete the application process.

Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit List 2019

Exam officials have released the provisional merit list of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 on July 16. The provisional Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 merit list prepared based on marks obtained by candidates in the qualifying exam. The merit list contains information like the application number and merit rank of the candidate. Candidates would be able to challenge the provisional merit list, if they have any objections, within a given time period. After considering complaints filed by candidates, DTE Rajasthan has released the final merit list of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 on July 22.

Rajasthan Polytechnic Counselling 2019

The counselling of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 will be open to those candidates who have been shortlisted based on the merit list. Counselling for KM/PH/Ex-S/Single Mother-child & dependent candidates will be conducted in manual on July 25 (offline mode), whereas for rest of the candidates Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 counselling will be conducted onlintwo seate from July 27.

Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 seat allotment process will be based on the merit rank of the candidate and also options selected for admission. There will be two-seat allotment rounds. After the first round of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2019 seat allotment, candidates who are allotted seats need to report at designated nodal centres for document verification and payment of the fee. They will also be able to apply for up-gradation at the centre.
