The online application form for direct admission will be activated on August 20, 2025, till midnight. Further, candidates can visit the institutions in person by August 21, 2025. The authority has released the Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 first seat allotment on July 24, 2025. The last date to submit the Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 fee payment was July 29, 2025. The final Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 merit list was released on July 22, 2025. The provisional Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 merit list was released on July 14, 2025. Steps to fill Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 Application Form
Step 1- Registration: In the first step, the candidates have to register by entering basic details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, category, mobile number and email ID. Once the candidate submits these details, a unique registration number will be sent to the registered mobile number of the candidate.

Step 3- Uploading of Documents: After filling out the application form, candidates will have to upload scanned images of photographs and signatures as prescribed by the authorities.

Step 4- Choice Filling: After uploading documents, candidates will have to select the combination of institute and course in the order of their preference. Candidates are advised to make maximum choices to increase the chances of seat allotment. Candidates will be able to edit the choices made by them but only before submitting the choices. Once the candidate submits his/her choices, no modification can be done to the locked choices.
Step 5- Payment of Application Fee: Following the choice-filling process, the candidates will have to pay the application fee of Rs. 300. This application fee can be paid both online (credit card/debit card/internet banking) and offline mode (e-challan).
Step 6- Print out of Application Form: Finally, the candidates will have to take a printout of the filled application and keep it safe for future reference.
Rajasthan Polytechnic Counselling 2025
The Rajasthan 2025 round 1 seat allotment has been released on July 24, 2025. The authority is conducting counselling of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 for all the candidates shortlisted through the merit list. Rajasthan Diploma counselling will be conducted as an online process in two rounds. The counselling procedure involves choice or option locking by the candidates. The result of the seat allotment is based on the merit list and options locked by the candidates. After seat allotment, candidates have to report to the designated nodal centres for document verification. As the counselling of Rajasthan Polytechnic 2025 will be conducted in two rounds, candidates will be able to apply for auto-upgradation at the nodal centres.
